Fujifilm GFX100 II Opens New Genres for Large Format Photography @Fujifilmx_za

The new flagship model delivers the highest burst-shooting, auto-focus and video performance in the history of the GFX Series. Three new GFX lenses were also added.

Fujifilm South Africa has announced the latest (and greatest) camera in the GFX lineup - the Fujifilm GFX100 II. This new flagship large format camera promises not only outstanding image quality due to its 102MP sensor but also improved shooting speed, auto-focus (AF) performance and video quality.

To start, the GFX100 II features the newly-developed GFX 102MP CMOS II HS high-speed image sensor consisting of 102 million pixels. At 43.8mm x 32.9mm in size it’s approximately 1.7 times larger than a 35mm full-frame sensor. The mirrorless camera is powered by the high-speed X-Processor 5 image processing engine, which in combination with the sensor provides double the signal readout speed compared to 2021’s Fujifilm GFX100S.

Improved speed and auto-focus

Thanks to this improved signal readout speed, the GFX100 II is capable of continuous shooting of up to 8.0 frames per second, up from 5.0 fps on the previous GFX model. With a reinforced buffer memory, it opens the GFX Series up to the field of sports photography. It does so without sacrificing the high definition and high image quality synonymous with the large format sensor.

However, the GFX100 II is also the first GFX Series mirrorless digital camera that features Fujifilm’s AI-based subject-detection AF, developed with Deep Learning technology. The use of an improved algorithm has evolved not only Face/Eye Auto Focus (AF) but now allows photographers to automatically track animals, birds, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, aeroplanes, trains, insects and drones. Once again, this benefits sports photography, which requires advanced tracking capability to track a subject that moves quickly within the frame.

And enhanced video performance

The GFX100 II is the first GFX model that supports 8K/30P video recording, plus it can also record 4K/60P 4:2:2 10-bit video internally and features F-Log2, broadening post-production flexibility. The GFX100 II’s range of video features allows videographers to explore completely new avenues due to the possibilities of the large format sensor in use.

The camera is further equipped with the best Electronic Viewfinder (EVF) on a Fujifilm camera yet - a high-magnification and high-definition 9.44-million-dot EVF with 1.0x magnification. It boasts a smooth refresh frame rate of approx. 120fps in Boost Mode to accurately identify a subject’s fast movements. Alternatively, the 3.2-inch Tilt-Type touchscreen monitor at the back can be used, consisting of approx. 2.36 million dots.

This while low light performance is improved thanks to the five-axis In-Body Image Stabilization (IBIS) now set to an impressive eight-stops - more than any other camera in the full Fujifilm lineup.

For those looking for even larger images, GFX users can use the Pixel Shift Multi-Shot function. This controls the IBIS mechanism to shift the image sensor by 0.5 pixels at a time and shoot 16 RAW images in quick succession, with the dedicated software combining these to generate a mouth-watering 400MP image.

Price and local availability

The Fujifilm GFX100 II large format mirrorless camera, with its improved speed, AF and video capabilities, is set to land in South Africa during October 2023, with a suggested retail price of R160 000 incl. VAT.

Three new GFX lenses also coming

Fujifilm has also committed three new lenses to the GFX lens lineup. Two new tilt-shift lenses, the Fujinon GF30mmF5.6 T/S and the Fujinon GF110mmF5.6 T/S Macro, cater to the needs of professional photographers who want to explore composition and shooting positions in architecture, landscape and commercial photography. They do so by combining the tilt function of tiling their optical axis and the shift function of moving their optical axis, to alter how the optical axis relates to the imaging plane. The tilt-shift lenses are set to retail for a suggested R80 000 and R70 000 respectively.

Finally, the Fujinon GF55mmF1.7 R WR lens with its creamy bokeh characteristic and field-of-view close to that of human vision, allows for capturing genres ranging from day-to-day snapshots to full-fledged portraiture both indoors and outdoors. It comes with a suggested R45 000 retail price.

All the new Fujinon lenses are set to arrive in October 2023 in South Africa, alongside the Fujifilm GFX100 II large format camera.

Fujifilm’s Instax Pal Camera Makes Small Moments Feel Big #InstaxPal @Instax_ZA

The palm-sized camera takes photos at the moment, to be shared through the smartphone app or printed directly via Instax Link printers.

Fujifilm South Africa is introducing a new palm-sized Instax camera into the Instax range of cameras and printers. The Instax Pal is different, being the first Instax device specialising in only taking photos. With a weight of approx. 41g, this is a camera you can take anywhere and the one you want by your side when pulling out a smartphone will only spoil the moment.

With a sensor capable of capturing 4.9MP images, the Instax Pal comes with internal storage able to store 50 photos, while a microSD card can also be used. Images from the Instax Pal can be automatically transferred via Bluetooth to a smartphone using the free Instax Pal smartphone app, from where it can be shared to social media, complete with Instax frames.

Various ways to shoot

The Instax Pal features a variety of functions to facilitate different shooting situations. To start, the Standard mode allows a picture to be taken by pressing the shutter button at the back of the camera. This snaps regular pics or allows users to take advantage of the wide-angle lens to shoot selfies from an elevated position, using just one hand to capture a dynamic photo that incorporates more of the background.

The Remote mode connects the camera via Bluetooth to a smartphone installed with the Instax Pal app so that pictures can be checked on the smartphone as they are taken.

Finally, there’s the dynamic Interval mode that snaps photos continuously at a three-second interval, in sequences of 3, 6, 11 or 21. The app can then be used to create an Instax Animation that combines multiple images into a flipbook video. Friends can play this video by scanning the QR code printed on an Instax print.

Direct print to Instax printers

The Pal also connects to the Instax Link series of instant printers to print straight away, which allows the Pal to be used like other analogue cameras in the Instax range. Users can print on Instax Mini film (Instax Mini Link 2), Square film (Instax Square Link) or Wide film (Instax Link Wide).

Each Instax Pal camera comes with a Multifunction Ring Accessory that can be used as a safeguard strap to prevent accidentally dropping the Pal, or as a simplified viewfinder and a camera stand when shooting a group photo. There’s also a built-in speaker for customisable pre-shutter sounds, which can be recorded by users through the app.

The Instax Pal has a built-in lithium-ion battery that’s set to last for approximately 240 frames per charge. The battery is recharged via the USB Type-C terminal, with a cable included with the camera.

Release date and availability

The new Instax Pal’s release marks the 25th anniversary of Fujifilm’s instant photo system was launched in 1998. It will be coming to South Africa in five different colours - Lavender Blue, Powder Pink, Milky White, Gem Black and Pistachio Green.

For now, the Instax Pal’s local release date and retail price have not yet been confirmed, but fans should keep an eye on Instax’s local social media for updates.

I really love the way Instax keeps bringing this technology that's really nice and lovable to the core of it. For that, I will grant Instax and Fujifilm full marks. This Instax Pal is so cool and I am sure this thing is going to be hit once it reaches South African shores.

New Instax Square SQ40 brings ease of use to Instant Cameras @Instax_ZA #InstaxSQ40

Fujifilm South Africa has announced the Instax Square SQ40, the latest model in the range of Instax instant cameras and printers. The Square SQ40 is a retro-inspired analogue instant camera compatible with the popular Square format film.

The look of the SQ40 leans towards the vintage camera style also featured on the Instax Mini 40 and Instax Mini Evo. This incorporates a black base tone for the camera body, which is complemented with a touch of silver and premium-feel leather-look material. The surface is finished with a pleasant texture that fits comfortably in users’ hands, with a protective carry case available too.

Instax’s ability to make photography as easy as possible is reflected in the Square SQ40’s ease of use. With its Automatic Exposure function, users simply have to twist the lens barrel to turn on the camera, point the camera at the subject and press the shutter. This achieves optimum exposure for a given scene by automatically adjusting the shutter speed and flash output to suit each scene. This means the subject is perfectly exposed, whether in the sunny outdoors, poorly lit indoors, in close-ups or in selfies.

Furthermore, users can also switch to the Selfie Mode for taking selfies and close-ups by simply rotating the lens barrel to turn the camera on and rotating the barrel again in the same direction. Selfie Mode is best for distances between 30cm - 50cm, with a small mirror on the front of the lens providing a framing guide for the perfect shot.

Once your photo is taken, it will take approximately 90 seconds for the print to develop. All Instax prints can be captured by the Instax UP! app via smartphone to be stored or shared on social media.

The Instax Square SQ40 will be coming to South Africa, with the local release date and retail price still to be confirmed.

Instax Mini Evo is now in brown

Launched alongside the Instax Square SQ40 is a brown version of the Instax Mini Evo, a flagship model of the Instax range. Until now, the Mini Evo was only available in black, with a brown version now being brought to South Africa as a limited release. The Mini Evo is known for its ten lens effects and ten film effects which can be combined to create truly unique prints. The brown Mini Evo will now also come with a USB Type-C charging port for greater convenience.

The Instax Mini Evo Brown is set to retail for a suggested R2 499, with the precise arrival date yet to be determined.

New Year Resolutions - Week 08 Achievements & Failures in 2023 #TheLifesWay

Hi Guys,

Week 8 has been an entertainment powerhouse week as I watched a lot of movies and attended a lot of events. More than that this was a week where I got my single monthly cheque from my employer that keeps me going or paying my bills. Yes, I can't be rich if I only rely on this one payment in terms of 8-10 of work every day. Over the years now after Covid-19 I have observed that your life is limited and then you have to work for money or skills upliftment so that you can encash it. Tech space is changing fast so you also have to be a quick brown fox so that you can jump over the lazy dog. 

Increase your salary as high as possible and take risks - Don't get settled. 

1. Entertainment - I started the week by watching Cirkus movie starring Ranveer Singh and Varun Sharma. I loved the light-hearted comedy despite it being not a hit at the box office. I also watched Shiv Shasti Balboa starring Anupam Kher and Neena Gupta and totally loved the same though most of the dialogues and scenes Anupam sir also told on the Kapil Sharma show which led to nothing left to watch in the movie. Revealing a lot of details about the movie during the promotional tours is not a great strategy. I then moved to a 3 episode series from TVF - SK Sir ki Class which is a spin-off of the TVF Aspirants series that I wanted it to continue but this one has not reached the level Aspirants is and that's why they finished the same in 3 episodes only. I also completed the Hindi movie LOST starring Yami Gautam Dhar and it took me a lot of days to finish this tiresome movie. 

2. Launch Events - I attended the opening ceremony of the Fujifilm South Africa office in the Sandton area. The view from this space is really awesome overlooking Hurlingham and Randburg. Then I also attended the Doritos Event where they launched the new chilli versions of Nik Naks, Doritos and Simba chips. It was a fun outing and we got packets of each too to try at home. I also attended a housewarming party of a friend who bought a big villa and did some prayers along with a party thereafter. 

3. Thank You - I didn't do this at all this week on the counter. Totally failed in this grand scheme of things. 

4. Daily Prayers - I am not sure if I am regular in this activity as well since the completion of 42 years of Hanuman Chalisa. Complete failure in this regard also, a daily power source is needed to light up your life and give you the confidence to carry on despite all the internal struggles. 

5. Goodies - What I have observed this year the goodies that are being given at the end of launch events are a total disaster. The time spent at the event without the vegetarian food to enjoy, the gift is not worth your time at all. The coverage that you need to give on your blog and social media platforms is more extra work for that pack of chips or concert tickets. I be rather stay at home and save on petrol and time which I can enjoy with my family or read a book on my Kindle. 

You may have observed that I have posted the failures or talked about them in my posts but it's best to take them out of the system. If I have failed, I have failed. I have to accept that failures and wins are part of life and we can't stay settled thinking that we have won but the point where you are in life, everyone else has left that point long back and you are now lagging behind everyone else.

The flagship from Fujifilm features a 40.2MP sensor, Pixel Shift, 6.2K video recording and a shutter speed as fast as 1/180000 sec to put photography first. A versatile 30mm Macro lens also coming.

Fujifilm South Africa is pleased to announce the launch of the highly anticipated Fujifilm X-T5, the new flagship in the popular X-T series of mirrorless cameras. The X-T5 joins the recent Fujifilm X-H2 and X-H2S as the top models currently available for the X Mount system.

There are a number of improvements the X-T5 brings to the table which caters to the diverse needs of photographers and video creators of all abilities. To start, the X-T5 includes the back-illuminated 40.2MP X-Trans CMOS 5 HR sensor, similar to the X-H2. This sensor can capture light more efficiently thanks to the improved pixel structure, while ISO125 is now available as a standard option.

Combined with the latest X-Processor 5 high-speed image processing engine, it allows the X-T5 to manage shutter speeds as fast as 1/180000 sec. This ensures that large-aperture lenses can be used in a greater variety of conditions. Low-light shooters will value the camera's 5-axis in-body image stabilisation (IBIS) of up to 7.0 stops.

More in less

New and old Fujifilm users will appreciate several of the X-T5’s features. Not only does it offer analogue manual controls via the three dials on the top panel (controlling ISO, shutter speed and exposure compensation), but the X-T5 returns to a smaller form factor that weighs in at 557g (including battery and memory card), compared to the previous X-T4’s weight of 607g. This makes the X-T5 highly portable and suitable for a range of photographic duties, including street, travel and sports photography/videography.

Photographers are able to compose their photographs either through the excellent high-magnification 3.69-million-dot electronic viewfinder, or the new 1.84-million-dot three-way tilting LCD on the back. This has been redesigned to make it easy to shoot in a vertical position or at waist level.

Other features include the Smooth Skin Effect; Subject Detection AF capable of detecting animals, cars and birds; and AI-based high-precision auto white balance which assists users in producing high-quality photographic images.

Pixel Shift is included and ready for videographers

Importantly, the X-T5 offers Pixel Shift Multi-Shot function (as seen on the X-H2), which quadruples image resolution and produces accurate colour reproduction, making it ideal for commercial photography. The IBIS mechanism is used to shift the image sensor at high precision to carry out the automatic shooting of 20 frames in a single click of the shutter. Using the dedicated Pixel Shift Combiner software, users can process the captured frames to generate an image containing some 160 million pixels.

Videographers should not feel left out since the X-T5 can record 6.2K video internally at 30P in 4:2:2 10-bit colour. The camera also features the 4K HQ mode, which uses 6.2K over-sampling to produce high-quality video, while making the maximum advantage of the high-resolution sensor. Furthermore, the X-T5 supports F-Log2, which records an expanded dynamic range of 13+ stops. This range is wider than the current F-Log, broadening post-production potential.

New Macro Lens too

Also coming to South Africa is the Fujinon XF30mmF2.8 R LM WR Macro lens with a minimum focus distance of only 10cm. This new addition to the line-up of interchangeable XF lenses designed for X Series is a weather-sealed standard prime lens with a focal length of 30mm (equivalent to 46mm in the 35mm film format). Compared to conventional standard lenses, this product has a substantially reduced minimum working distance and greatly improved close-up performance, capable of macro photography at a 1:1 magnification ratio. The lens also uses the Inner Focus system, in which a linear motor drives the focusing group of elements, to deliver fast and highly accurate autofocus.

Price and availability

Photographers looking to purchase the X-T5 will not have to wait long. The highly versatile Fujifilm X-T5 will be available in South Africa during mid-November 2022 for a suggested retail price of R28 899 incl. VAT for the body only. There will be two body+lens kits to purchase: The X-T5 plus 18-55mm lens for R33 199, or the X-T5 plus 16-80mm for R35 199, both incl. VAT.

The Fujinon XF30mmF2.8 R LM WR Macro lens is set to retail for a suggested R10 700 incl. VAT is available mid-November too.

3 Reasons to Choose #InstaxLinkWide Smartphone Printer @InstaxA #ProductReview

Instax loved my review of miniLiPlay and miniLink printer and sent me this new Instax Link Wide Smartphone Printer to test and review the same too. I received the same in Ash White colour and the device is also available in Mocha Gray colours too. By the end of the review time, I wanted that the device shall remain with me due to several points which I will share with you guys here in my blog post. 

1. Size of the prints - This device and the wide Instax prints have definitely brought Instax to the normal film prints we used to collect when we were using reel cameras from Kodak and other brands. I still have lots and lots of photos stored in the albums in the postcard size prints (90mm x 130mm). Using this wideLink camera you can print any photo of your choice using the smartphone app in 62mm x 99mm size which looks much better than the smaller Instax prints. The use cases to have these bigger prints can be many as they give you the creative ability to do whatever you want. The pack of 10 instax films is only marginally expensive and retails around R199. 

2. Portability and Convenience - The device can be recharged using the micro-USB charging cable and could have been a Type-C as it's launching in the year 2021 where almost all the devices are Type-C. One charge can print up to 100 prints easily and takes around 2 hours to fully charge. The package also contains a plastic stand where you can place the device to upright it. The device looks beautiful and can be carried too as it's only 340 grams. There is a strap that comes in the package to make the portability easier but the stand you need to put it someplace safe so as to not lose it. 

3. Instax App and Filters - Instax always have an exclusive app for all of its printers and this time also launched a new app for both android and iOS platforms named Instax Link Wide app. Now once the app is installed, how the photos need to come all lies in your creativity. From simple photos to getting stickers on the photos to QR codes for secret hidden messages, the use cases for your creativity are numerous. There are editable templates, collage prints, can use stickers and you can even sketch and print your own designs on your photos. This time because bigger sizes do require better colour tones for print, the app also has a mode to showcase rich prints using two modes named rich and natural based on your choice. 

I really loved this device due to its bigger photo print size but once you are in this business you need to decide which photo printers you should go for as the price of the device is around R2599 and every film pack will cost around R199. You can also check out if you are in love with normal prints any Canon Selphy printers where the overall cost is half as compared to the Instax device. The style and design factor is amazingly high on this device as compared to any other smartphone printer from other brands. I am sure you will never go wrong making this investment if you are into photo printing for fun and creativity.

Fujifilm Print A Photie App: Turning Moments Into Lasting Memories @fujifilmxsa #PrintAPhotie

Fujifilm South Africa is celebrating the power of the printed photo with its new Print A Photie app, making it easier than ever before to print digital photos.

With the evolution of digital cameras and smartphones, printed photo has taken a backseat to digital images. Although convenient, viewing images on a screen is far less satisfying than being able to experience your favourite photos as high-quality prints.

With the Print A Photie app installed on a smartphone or tablet, users are able to select their best images to send for printing to more than 70 Fujifilm-backed print stores around South Africa. Users can also print photos directly from their personal computers, making use of the Print A Photie site: www.fujifilmprintaphotie.co.za. Prints can then be picked up in-store on the same day, or delivered via courier at an extra cost.

How it works

The Print A Photie app, now available for Android and iOS devices, makes it possible to select images from a smart device, or from a connected Facebook, Instagram, Google Photos or Twitter account.

There are several print sizes to choose from, including the standard 10x15cm Jumbo print, through to A5, A4 and the poster size A3 (30x40cm). Users can select as many photos as they wish and select more than one print of the same photo. Prices are kept competitive, with excellent print quality thanks to the Fujifilm photo paper used.

The easy-to-use app makes use of GPS to show the closest Fujifilm retailers in a user’s area to collect their prints from, while a courier option is also available at an additional cost. Furthermore, the app makes use of a secure payment gateway, though users who are not comfortable paying through the app can pay for prints at the shop. The Print A Photie app is both POPIA and GDPR compliant in order to protect personal information.

Fujifilm supports Print

The idea for the Print A Photie app came about during the Covid-19 pandemic. Customers were reluctant to touch surfaces in the store, which meant the touchscreen photo print machines were used less often. By installing the Print A Photie app users need not worry, seeing that prints can be ordered via phone and simply picked up at the closest participating store.

“Fujifilm’s heritage lies within the printed photo, having been established to produce a photographic film in 1934. As such, we believe in the power of the printed image,” says Deon Brits, Imaging Solutions Division Manager at Fujifilm South Africa. “Having a photo printed is to ensure that memory stays with you forever. And at Fujifilm, we encourage you to not just print a photo for yourself, but to also share printed memories with others. With the Print A Photie app, this is now easier than ever,” Brits notes.

A Retro Portable Fun Begins With Instax Mini 40 @InstaxA #InstaxMini40 #ProductReview

Fujifilm keeps launching these amazing portable cameras under the brand name Instax and with time the fun factor is becoming higher and higher across all age groups. I became an instant fan of their latest launched Instax Mini40 camera as soon as I saw it in my hands for the first time. I received a little later as I was not able to post the review of the earlier version and in the last quarter of 2021, I intend to clean my slate for all the pending blog posts as I make my way into completing the 9 Years of The Life's Way. 

The best part about any Instax Camera is its one-button operation and Instax Mini40 lives up to the expectations of the consumers and fans alike. There is a single button that brings the lens to action and a subsequent pull of the lens enables the selfie mode. 

Selfie mode is easy to operate as you can see yourself in the mirror provided on the body of the camera. There is also a macro mode which enables a close-up range of 30-50cm and is quite handy to use and operate. 

The Instax Camera mini40 itself looks premium and weighs around 330 grams. You need to insert AA sized batteries to enjoy the camera along with the normal Instax mini Films pack (10 sheets). The film ejection is automatic just like any other Instax camera and miniLink printer. The smaller compact body is in black colour in a leather-look along with premium silver accents on the borders. 

Some of the technical details in the mini40 lens are a focal length of 60mm, a real viewfinder with a target spot and automatic exposure control from Lv 5.0 to 14.5 (ISO 800). The film takes around 90 seconds to develop and after 300 seconds of non-operation it automatically switches off. The shooting range is 0.3m and beyond with 0.3 to 0.5m is for selfies. The programmed shutter speed is from 1/2 to 1/250 seconds and slow synchros for low light conditions. There is a constant firing flash (automatic light adjustment) with recycle time: 6.5 seconds or less (when using new batteries), Effective flash range: 0.3m - 2.7m. 

I have observed is that the photo quality in this new camera is much better than any other Instax camera I have used so far. The Instax website never tells the megapixels they put in their lens as compared to the other cameras in the market but I am sure these cameras are not even 5Megapixels. I have used 5MP Panasonic Hybrid camera FZ5 which used to take awesome images and all my London, Singapore and other images till 2013 are from that camera. 

The configuration is almost similar to a funkier mini11 camera so if you want to take on a retro look then buy mini40 else if you want to bring colours into your hands buy the mini11 which is a little cheaper than mini40. There are only 2 buttons on mini40 for ease of operation and point and shoot - one button is to click the picture and another one is to enable the lens and switch on the camera. A little push on the lens switches off the camera. It can be used by the kids also and I took to my son's school and gave a personal photograph to all his teachers using the same. They were really happy as they glued the same on the school walls instantly. 

Overall Instax Mini40 is something that is portable, makes heads turn by its retro looks, ease of operation, battery-powered, same Instax film used in other versions of the Instax series cameras, accessories to make it all fun with your family and friends. The retail price of Instax Mini40 is around R1399 at takealot retailer. I am sure there will be some Black Fridays sale coming up in this festive season. Also, don't forget to follow Instax as they have an annual sale where you can buy films and other accessories at the cheapest prices.

September marks the start of the Spring season in Johannesburg, South Africa and everyone wants to spring clean their mind, body and spirit along with stuff lying around in their house and office space. As I was working from home since the last year so there has been a lot of reduction in paper waste as no printouts are taken unnecessarily from the office and no newspapers are being read so suddenly a lot of paper waste has been reduced. The only paper waste is in the form of payments slips and bills along with the invoices or delivery notes on the courier packages. I was collecting some of last months bills and only on 1st Sep I threw them out and it was a pile of paper. So everyday cleaning is necessary if you are not going to look at it afterwards as then it wastes a lot of your time checking which one you want to keep for claims purposes and which you don't want.

March 2020 was the time when the Covid-19 has hit the world all around and the whole world came to a standstill with lockdown in place. People were buying toilet papers and sanitisers in bulk and collecting a lot of cigarettes and alcohol as you don't know what you will need and how long the lockdown will last too.

 - The month of March started with a blogger brunch with La Vie En Rose restaurant in Killarney Country Club and I totally enjoyed meeting with other fellow bloggers. It was a pleasant morning and totally loved eating at the club and capturing the beauty of food and place.

The work from home situation gave some time where I revived the photo series which I used to do at the start of my blogging career and also a trip to Dubai really gave me a lot of material to post as the place is lovely and ready to be shared with all my readers and social media followers. Samsung uFlex is one of the wireless earphones which I have owned for many years but used very less but during the lockdown, I used them aggressively and shared my opinion. I have also gifted 3 pairs of Samsung uFlex to my friends so far too as I won them during some of the launch events in Sandton City and their Twitter contest. Throughout this year and last year, Samsung is distributing Galaxy Buds+ but I didn't have so much luck winning any pair. Let's continue to participate and let's see what the future holds for me. 

Life will give you something which you need to think about and take decisions and then enjoy the benefit or failure of those decisions, but never stop making them at all. Keep on making them and strengthening your thinking pattern. Connect the dots and keep relooking at all your mistakes but taking some time out from all the social media, phone and other disturbing chaos to be yourself. It can be spending some time at a local cafe and enjoying a pot of tea or a cold milkshake.
