Deli Xtream Ball Pen (0.7mm) - ZAR 8 available at Mellows Stationery (F09) Shop in China Mall in Johannesburg, South Africa. These were available in two body colours, and I really loved the gold trims. Also, though the same says as 0.7mm, but I found them to write a little bit finer than that.
