14 Days To www.TheLifesWay.com 5th Birthday Celebrations #5YearsofTheLifesWay #27Dec2017 #Nokia #HTC #CameraSmartphone

Hi Friends,

--1400 POST--

My Journey with photography started way back when I was only 5-6 years old with Pentax film camera. Then it migrated to Kodak film camera and was limited as the film was costly to buy and process and 1 film only used to do 36 photos max. It was only with the invention of the digital camera, you could click thousands of images and print only the limited ones. And with the introduction of a camera in mobile phones, it further took turns as the prints were only limited and social media sharing took its place.

My first smartphone camera was Nokia 7650 which my brother bought from Singapore and gifted me. It was an awesome phone and took good pictures. I used it for a while and it was stolen from my Jacket's pocket in my cousin's marriage ceremony. I really felt lost and bad as then I had to wait for more than a year or so before switching back to a camera phone.

Second camera phone was Motorola ROKR E1 with which I took thousands of pictures using its 0.3MP camera and continued from Feb 2006 till the time I gave it for change of ear speaker and the guy took away certain parts and phone could not be repaired ever in 2007 as the chipset was burnt etc etc. The phone had amazing dancing lights on the sides and used to blink whenever you get a call. I got my job placement notification only from the lights as the phone was in silent mode and went to interview at 1030pm just because of Motorola Rokr E1 flashing lights. So grateful to Motorola for making this device and my brother for buying me this one from Singapore.

14 Days To www.TheLifesWay.com 5th Birthday Celebrations #5YearsofTheLifesWay #27Dec2017 #Nokia #HTC #CameraSmartphones
My biggest camera came when 3.2MP was launched by Nokia in N73 Music Edition smartphone which was gifted to me by my brother-in-law before my marriage in 2008. I really loved it and used it until 2010 when I migrated to the first android phone with full touch screen and keyboard in Google G1 made by HTC. There must be thousands of photographs I have taken using Nokia N73 as I passed the phone to my wife before going to London. Google G1 was the smartphone where I initiated my twitter handle @araijain long back when Twitter came into the picture and now today my tweet count on the channel has reached around 175k.

In London, I was using Google G1 and when I came back to India, my brother again gifter me Google Nexus One which I still have my backup phone for emails. It doesn't work that fast but it can receive calls and send SMS. This one worked till 2013 when it's power on-off button met its lifetime and I could not switch it ON which I took care using an app on android play store. I have won hundreds of Twitter contests on this smartphone and think of the quality of this smartphone -  the battery is still fine and phone still works great. What an amazing technology by HTC on Google Nexus One.

As I was planning to come to Johannesburg in 2013, I was in love with Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and HTC ONE M7 and I had a choice to buy either. I decided to go with HTC ONE M7 because of its Beats Audio setup and when I used my BOSE earphones on both of them, the difference was clear and I decided to go with HTC M7 and again thousands of my twitter, facebook photos are taken by this smartphone. The battery bloated within a year and I raised a complaint here in Johannesburg within repair center and they gave me a brand new HTC ONE M7 on the second day without any charges. I felt great with the services and fell in love with HTC all over again.

HTC South Africa came in contact with me via my blog and gifted me their review device HTC ONE M8 on my birthday on 22 July 2015 which is still my primary smartphone in 2018 but I am only using the same to do tweets and facebook etc and not to take photos as much as I used to do earlier as the smartphone has gone very very slow and 8GB-16GB smartphone are total waste in this new digital and online world.

So, in the end, my camera smartphone journey is totally based on Nokia and HTC smartphones till date and most of the photographs you see on my Instagram pages are using Review units if mentioned and if not mentioned then it will be using the Panasonic FZ5 or Nikon DSLR from my previous post and rest all are using HTC M7 and M8 smartphones. Looking forward to getting the best in the range smartphone now in 2018!

Inspired By Nature Created for Life @HTCSouthAfrica Unveils the #OneA9s #IFA2016 #BeBrilliant

Hi Guys,

HTC Corporation, a leading innovator in mobile and virtual reality technology, today introduced the latest stunning smartphone in the award-winning HTC One family, the HTC One A9s. Drawing on HTC’s iconic design pedigree and world-renowned technological innovation, the One A9s is created to inspire a new generation of phones that offers impeccable precision craftsmanship and quality at remarkably affordable value.

The HTC One family has won numerous industry awards for its iconic designs and incredible features, and the HTC One A9s continues in this tradition. The HTC One A9s is encased in a nature-inspired, dual-finish metal body that perfectly glistens with light from its frame. Its polished edges comfortably fit a 5” screen in your hand, and its diamond-like cut buttons and power button grooves demonstrate attention to every detail. More than just beautiful, it’s also durable, crafted to withstand hundreds of drop and scratch tests in addition to hundreds of hours of extreme weather testing for long-lasting reliability.

“With the HTC One A9s, we were inspired to bring a great looking, finely crafted metal phone to a broader consumer segment,” said Chialin Chang, president, Smartphone and Connected Devices Business, HTC. “The One A9s delivers immense value by combining refinement and reliability, beautiful metal design, and powerful features, all in a unique and personal package inspired by nature and created for life.”
Inspired By Nature and Created for Life @HTCSouthAfrica Unveils the #OneA9s #IFA2016
HTC One A9s
Instant access at your fingertips
The HTC One A9s protects your valuable data but opens at a simple tap. An ultra-fast fingerprint sensor sits directly below the HD display, easily recognizing your fingerprint from almost every angle and position. Your fingerprint can also be the key to easily unlock protected apps locked with HTC Boost+, a powerful suite of tools to maximize your smartphone’s security, privacy, and performance.

Giving you more control and freedom
HTC Boost+ keeps your phone in tip-top condition by dynamically allocating resources as needed, making switching between apps smoother while reducing the unnecessary power consumption of background apps. Boost+ also de-clutters your phone by clearing up temporary files and giving you reminders about apps you haven’t used in a while. It’s the single best way to keep your HTC One A9s running like new long after you purchase it.

You don’t just want our phone to run like new, however, you also want it to run like you. The HTC One A9s lets you personalize your phone as unique as you are. HTC Freestyle Layout frees you from an on-screen grid and lets you get creative. Drag icons, stickers and widgets anywhere. Layer them, overlap them, group them and more. You can even link stickers to apps, and get rid of on-screen icons entirely. The home screen is yours – use it your way.

Capture memories that come to life
Few things on a smartphone are as important as the quality of its cameras – they will capture your memories, life’s joys, and special moments to share and keep forever. For this reason, the HTC One A9s features an outstanding 13MP main camera with autofocus for sharp, clear photos. You’ll capture low light details with its BSI Sensor and get enhanced editing control with RAW capture in Pro mode.

The 5MP front camera of the HTC One A9s makes brilliant selfies simple. Take hands-free selfies with Voice Selfie, or use Auto Selfie and take your own shots with just a smile. You can even smooth out your skin tone and beautify yourself before you shoot with Live Makeup.

A great camera is only as good as its ability to forever save, find, and share your memories, and the HTC One A9s offers unlimited free storage with Google Photos. You won’t have to worry about running out of storage space on your phone since all your photos and videos are stored in the cloud for easy access. Plus, you can find any photo fast and easy with the Search function, and locate photos by face, location, objects and themes, or manually search for photos with keywords.

Inspired by nature and created for life, the HTC One A9s is an outstanding smartphone with the beauty and power to meet you every need. The HTC One A9s will be available in the coming weeks in select regions. For more information and detailed specs, please see htc.com.
Cheers!!!

@HTCSouthAfrica Latest Luxurious Metallic Creation #HTCOneX9 #HTCOneLifeSA

Hi Guys,

Following the trend that HTC set for all-metal smartphones when it launched the HTC One M7, its design team has, once again, raised the bar when it comes to creating beautifully crafted devices.

Driven by the belief that design should be inspired by both your surroundings and personal and cultural influences, such as fashion and art, the newest member of the award-winning HTC One family - the HTC One X9 - pulls through the look and feel of high end silk, creating a softer, warmer and more luxurious finish to the phone.

Taking cues from the company’s metalmorphics philosophy, whichdraws on the natural beauty around us, by using rich, striking colors and unique finishes, the HTC One X9 uses a new technique to give it its fine texture. Tapping into the fashion world’s obsession with silver and gold, it comes in four colors - Carbon Grey, Opal Silver, Topaz Gold and Copper Rose – making it the perfect accessory.

At just 75.9mm, its glass curved front and finely honed corners make it one of the most slender handsets in its class. A 5.5-inch full HD screen with personalized color mode and rich display not only delivers the optimal multimedia experience, but also means that it is a phone you are proud to show off and carry around.

The hugely popular HTC Dot View™ II case adds the final design touch to the HTC One X9, fully enabling the beauty of this phone to shine through.

“Elegant, stylish and ergonomic smartphone design is an essential element for consumers today”, said Chialin Chang, President of Sales, HTC. “At the same time, they don’t want to sacrifice performance or screen size, so striking the right balance between style and size was key for this new addition to the HTC One family. The HTC One X9 draws on rich colors and unique finishes, combining them with a lightweight, slender metal design and larger screen for those who want a premium smartphone experience.”

Capturing beauty from both behind and in front of the lens
Working tirelessly to deliver an unparalleled experience, the camera quality on the HTC One X9 is one of the best in its class. By precision engineering two cameras, one front and one back, and a selection of image-enhancing features, the HTC One X9 enables you to capture breathtaking shots every time and from every angle. Combining the 13MP rear camera with its second-generation Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and Real-time anti-shake functionality, and the front facing 5MP camera, with integrated Auto Selfie, Voice Selfie and Live Make Up, you can shoot clear, sharp, smooth images of the highest quality regardless of who is behind the lens.

RAW format’s one button enhancement feature automatically brightens colors and sharpens edges with one push, and other imaging tools commonly used by professional photographers such as Pro Mode and an advance manual control, add the finishing touches what is already one of the best cameras in its class. And if photography is not your thing, video buffs will have their inner film director inspired by 4K video resolution and Hyperlapse mode which allows you to create dramatic time-lapse effects.

Sound good to you?
Never compromising on audio, and with the knowledge that most people listen to music on their smartphone, the HTC One X9 creates larger than life audio, delivered by HTC BoomSound with Dolby™ Surround. Integrated amplifiers bring out the best of your music and provide an even more dynamic range of sound.

Software to stand out: Android 6.0 Marshmallow
Premium smartphone hardware demands the best software to support performance and the HTC One X9 uses the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow features for the best user experience. Google Now on Tap intuitively provides information about whatever is on your screen by holding the home button. Google Backup for Apps automatically backs up app data it to all capable Android-powered devices.

Looking forward to have it in my hands when I review the same. I am using my 4th HTC Smartphone now M8 since 2010 when I first started using G1, Nexus One and M7 later.

Cheers!!!

A Memoir - Year 2015 for www.TheLifesWay.com #Blog #AashishRai (600 Post)

Hi Guys,

It's time to connect the dots and look again at some of the important activites that happened for The Life's Way blog in 2015. There has been many achievements and great things happened to me which I shared from time to time on the social media channels and also on my blog. The best part of the year came in when I became the winner of Samsung's Blogger Challenge Grand Finale for 2014. I am thankful to the brand for the same and I love watching all the movies and TV series on Samsung's 65inch curved UHD TV.

In the third year of it's existence The Life's Way blog started from 100k pageviews on 01 Jan 2015 and reached 740k pageviews on 31 Dec 2015, that's a massive 640,000 pageviews in a single year. I am thankful to Tweet Jukebox for helping me reach this mark along with more than 219 blogposts in a single year. The followers on all social media channels are increased with time spend on that particular channel.

I am also thankful to Indiblogger for their Happy Hours contest which allowed me to get several Flipkart vouchers so that I could buy myself a Nikon Speedlight SB-910. The device is really expansive and I did some sponsored blogposts to reach the milestone. I was very happy to spend all my vouchers and sponsored blog posts money on something I always wanted to have. Thanks to Indiblogger and PR's for sponsored posts.
I am so grateful to Aramex Global Shopper for giving me a chance to work for them which helped me buy my favorite  Momentum On-Ear headphones from Sennheiser, Social Beat to work on their several paid campaigns to allow me to buy SB-910 Nikon Flash.

I am also thankful to MonteCasino's PR team for the invites to their special events from time to time giving me a chance to take photographs to post on my Instagram channel. I am thankful to them for sending the Christmas goodies being my first one ever received from any brand. Thanks once again!

I am also thankful to Savanna Cider and GC Communications for all the invites to their events and sending me samples from time to time. I really loved the Beats Solo HD headphones from one of their events and will continue to enjoy music via them forever.

I am also thankful to 48hoursinJoburg's - Imran Khan, Chat Factory's - Jodene Shaer  TechSmartMag - Robin-Leigh Chetty, MyEyeOnTheWorld's - Namritha Sivasankar, TechGirl's - Sam Wright and Anne Doli, Jarred Doyle from JDC, TechnoBok's Jason Mayo, CapeTownGuy's Ariel and Jared Stokes from Disney Africa for always supporting in me in all my endeavors.

I am also thankful to Cerebra Communication for Huawei to invite me to all their events and for sending me their devices to review. I am thankful to Epic MSL Group for sending me Samsung devices and inviting me to their launch events. Craving Novity for inviting me to Sony launch events and Bang & Olufsen too. Fleishman Hillard's for Microsoft did invited me to some events for the first half of the year and I am grateful to them too.
I am extremely grateful to HTC for sponsoring me HTC One M8 and to Idea Engineers for sending me their latest devices from time to time. I am sure I have provided them the reach they wanted on instagram and twitter along with several blog posts from time to time.

I fell in love with Peugeot Active #208 car which I took for a weekend drive to Pilanesburg and thanks to the brand for sponsoring me to do so. I really loved the same and shared a lot of photographs on my instagram/photoyatra channel.

The new year I want to achieve Tier 3 for Instagram, Twitter and Blogger profile based on the calculations done at Webfluential. I am thankful to the team for giving me my first job for twitter this year for one of their campaigns.

I want to cross 3000 posts on Instagram (1630 posts so far), Blog to cross 1000 posts (600 posts) by 31 Dec 2016 to take my pageviews to cross 1 Million mark in 2016. I am also thinking of migrating to Wordpress to change the look and feel of my blog along with enabling several other features. I will continue to participate in all the blogging contests from Blogadda and Indiblogger once again.

Overall, it was a great year where it was awesome to work with new PR companies and sending/receiving proposals. I was not able to work with all of them but I hope in 2016 I will be able to do so. I hope this new year, I can earn some money to buy myself membership plans for some of the things which needs to be taken care of by the blog to automate stuff especially Tweet Jukebox. I also want to buy a Prime lens Nikon 35mm most probably to take some awesome portrait shots or Samsung's 45mm lens for NX300 Mirrorless camera. Brands do contact me if you see my profile fits the products you have and contact me on email - thelifesway@gmail.com

Looking forward to The Life's Way in 2016 and Have A Great Year to each and every readers of my blog!

Cheers!!!

A Memoir - This Month Last Year - Dec 2014

Hi Guys,

December is the time to create new goals for the coming year and festival season this Christmas. This year was great in all the ways as I won the Mission Samsung Challenge and also my blog crossed more than 625,000 pageviews this year in 2015. The followers across all social media channels also increased and I was able to do some sponsored posts to buy myself Nikon flash SB-910 from all the earnings. This month will see some of the blog posts which I always wanted to do and couldn't do in this year. I hope I am able to catch up on the promises I made to people this year.

I plan to create regular content in 2016 and change the way I do the blog posts. I am unlearning and relearning everything about the social media skills via books and online communities. This is the most important decisions I have taken because in day to day life, you don't have much time left to blog and when you are blogging and people making use of your time and resources to give you nothing in return than it hurts. I have decided that I will say it very clearly to all the brands that I won't work for free anymore unless I want and this want will be based on desires fulfilled by the brands.

Last year, December was more about movie reviews as I was catching up on all the movies I saw. I did participated in Indiblogger contests but during 2015 I didn't win any Indiblogger contest at all but was able to get #HappyHours gift vouchers enabling me to buy the Nikon flash. Also, I got sponsored by HTC for HTC ONE M8 but I really loved the HTC ONE M9 a lot which I am using these days for my posts on Instagram.

1. Melbourne - The Most Livable City in the World @Indiblogger Contest - http://www.thelifesway.com/2014/12/melbourne-most-livable-city-in-world.html
Australia is one of the most sought after travel destination and is really awesome to visit. My parents visited the same this year and loved the city a lot.

2. Movie Reviews - http://www.thelifesway.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
It was time to finish some of the movies I watched last year and among the same, I really loved watching Big Hero 6, Instructions not included etc.

December this year is more about creating some rules and goals for The Life's Way in next year. I am still gauging as to what to commit to and what goal or dream will keep me awake towards the same. Will be sharing the same soon...

Cheers!!!

#BeBrilliant With The Latest @HTC One A9 #HTCOneLifeSA

Hi Guys,

HTC unveiled the latest addition to the award-winning HTC One family, the HTC One A9. Melding the best of HTC’s acclaimed design and innovation with the latest from Google’s Android, this is a stunning, no-compromise smartphone that stands out from the crowd. Built for people who want a better choice, the HTC One A9 is a smartphone that combines striking design on the outside with the newest features of Android 6.0 Marshmallow with HTC Sense on the inside to create an unrivaled smartphone experience.

“HTC is a smartphone pioneer, having delivered the first Android smartphone, the first Windows smartphone, the first 4G smartphone, and the first all-metal smartphone,” said Cher Wang, chairwoman and CEO, HTC. “Today we’re taking that heritage of innovation to the next level, unveiling a phone that stands apart in a market increasingly dominated by a company which controls every aspect of your phone. The HTC One A9 breaks from this trend by offering an incredible design, fantastic performance, cutting-edge software features and the freedom to take full control of your smartphone experience.
Metalmorphics: A new standard of all-metal design excellence
An evolution of the iconic HTC One family design, the HTC One A9 draws on the natural beauty around us, by using rich, striking colors and unique finishes – an approach called “metalmorphics.” New curves, refined edges, and precision-cut ridges on the power button flawlessly combine with the super-thin metal frame giving the phone a natural and lightweight feel. The elegant dual finish, available in a Carbon Gray, Opal Silver, Topaz Gold and Deep Garnet, is painstakingly brushed with hairline detail and bead-blasted before the sides are polished, giving additional depth and richness that is unique to the smartphone market. Finally, in a stunning fusion of metal and glass, a 5-inch, edge-to-edge, 2.5D Corning® Gorilla® Glass 4, Full HD AMOLED screen cascades into the metal frame, giving you brighter and more vivid colors for brilliant graphics and gaming, even in direct sunlight.
Unleash your inner photographer
Your best camera is the one you use whenever the moment strikes, so it should be able to capture stunning shots in any situation. The HTC One A9’s front and rear cameras, coupled with powerful yet simple editing tools, mean epic photos and videos are only a tap away. Its main 13MP rear camera features Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), which automatically minimises hand shake and corrects vibrations to give you a crystal-clear picture every time. Meanwhile, the front UltraPixel camera delivers the best self-portraits in any lighting condition, using HTC’s UltraPixel sensor to capture 300% more light than conventional smartphone cameras.

With the HTC One A9, no detail is too small. Offering an optional Pro mode to capture the perfect photo without being a photography expert, you can also save photos using RAW capture – a tool used by professional photographers – for an unmatched level of detail and post-shot editing flexibility. Or you can keep things simple with Photo Editor’s one-button enhancement feature, which automatically brightens colors and sharpens edges for unbelievably clear and crisp photos.

Sometimes a still photo just isn’t enough. With the HTC One A9’s Hyperlapse editing tool you can speed up your videos to 12 times as fast for a dramatic time-lapse effect, creating an immersive video that perfectly captures the moments that matter. Speed through your video or use capture mode to edit in slow motion, highlighting those unforgettable memories. Or use HTC Zoe to easily and automatically mix your best shots and videos into one professional-looking highlight reel that can be shared with friends and family to tell the story of any moment from every angle.
Awesome audio: music the way it’s supposed to sound
Game changing audio has always been core to the HTC One family - the HTC One A9 delivers amazing sound quality, with HTC BoomSound™ integrated into the headset combined with Dolby Audio™ surround technology, delivering immersive, vibrant sound that matches a live experience in your headphones by taking high-resolution audio to the next level. With a built-in DAC that delivers audio at 24-bit, 192KHz quality – better than CD quality – it provides a richness and depth like you’ve never before heard from your music collection. A powerful high-output headphone amplifier, with double the output of other handsets, provides more power and dynamic range so you can hear every nuance of your favorite music, videos and games. Optional high-resolution audio certified HTC Pro Studio Earphones deliver both noise isolation and truly immersive sound.

Cutting-edge software: Android 6.0 Marshmallow
The first non-Nexus smartphone powered by Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the HTC One A9 brings Google’s latest innovations and the simplicity of HTC Sense right out of the box. Combined with a multi-directional fingerprint scanner, Android Pay makes purchasing items as secure and as easy as “tap, pay, done.” Google’s Now on Tap feature also intuitively provides contextual information about whatever is on your screen – look up reviews for a movie from a text, hear a song mentioned in a blog post, or book seats at a restaurant from an email, all at the press of the home button.

With so many new features, the HTC One A9 has also been designed with all new power-saving capabilities to maximize battery life. Doze automatically turns off power hungry applications when your phone is left idle, such as when charging overnight, while App Standby knows when an app open in the background isn’t being used and shuts it down until you need it again. In addition, the phone’s new processor, AMOLED screen and support for the optional HTC Rapid Charger 2.0, for up to 75% faster charging are all optimized to maximize battery life throughout the day7. In real terms this means, for example, that you can play 12 hours of HD video on one charge.
Performance designed for the way YOU use your phone

5 Great #Android Apps for #Cycling Enthusiasts #HTCOneLifeSA

Hi Guys,

David Donde is the owner of Truth Coffee Roasting, the Cape Town café in Buitenkant Street that The Telegraph newspaper in the UK recently chose as the best coffee shop in the world. He’s as passionate about his HTC Android smartphone and cycling as he is about brewing great coffee. Here are his five Android favourite apps for cyclists:

1. Strava
Strava allows you to track your runs and rides with GPS, join challenges and see how your running and riding compares to your friends' workouts. “It’s a must have for every cyclist,” says Donde.

This is a top-rated fitness tracker and personal training app. With Endomondo, you can track all of your workouts using GPS, check your stats, stay motivated, and reach your fitness goals.

Garmin Connect Mobile gives you access to all of your Garmin Connect data – anytime, anywhere. You can even share your activities as they happen and wirelessly upload activities and more.

This app makes it a snap to track fitness metrics such as heart rate, cycling speed, cadence, and power data, says Donde.

Instagram is a very popular app that lets you capture those great views you see when you’re cycling in the mountains or along the coast, and then share them with your friends and followers. Also it can be used to maintain moments of where you were in a particular week of the year.

Our health is in our hands and it's our duty to take care of our body and heart. All the exercise that we do, helps us in some way or other, so set a goal and start achieving the same daily. I am also working on my 10000 steps daily using the Walklogger App on my HTC One M8 device which also have Fitbit app pre-installed.

Cheers!!!

Precautions to keep Data Safe in case of Stolen Mobile #HTCOneLifeSA

Hi Guys,

Smartphones are easily stolen or lost, which means that it’s important to take the appropriate steps to improve the security of your device and data. Here are some tips on how you can keep your information safe from prying eyes if your smartphone ends up in a stranger’s hands:

1. Set a screen lock
A screen lock is designed to help to protect your personal information and prevent others from using your mobile device without your express permission. Most modern smartphone platforms make it easy for you to put a password in place that prevents unauthorized people from accessing your device when the screen is locked. This is the first step towards security.

2. Consider installing a security application
Many mobile apps are available to enhance the security of mobile devices. These security-related apps are often available for free or at a low price and can provide the capability to remotely lock, locate, or wipe your device.

3. Back up your data
You probably keep valuable information on your smartphone, including photos, videos, and contacts, so backing up your data in case your smartphone is lost, damaged, or stolen is a good practice.

4. Set a SIM PIN
Many devices support the use of a personal identification number (PIN) to lock your SIM card. Setting the SIM PIN may help to prevent people from accessing your cellular voice or mobile data services without authorization. That will help prevent a thief running up your phone bill after he or she has stolen it. This was the biggest problem I faced when he started calling and sending my friends and family random text messages which were vulgar and rude.
What to do if your device is lost or stolen
  • Report the loss to your mobile network as soon as possible: If your device is lost or stolen, immediately notify your provider so that they can suspend service to your device.
  • Remotely locate, lock, or wipe your device using a security app: If you have installed a security app you may be able to use it to remotely locate, lock, or wipe your device.
  • Report phone theft to the police - If your phone has been stolen, you must report the theft of your device to your local police department. This is a legal requirement of the Regulation of Interception of Communication and Provision of Communication-Related Information Act 2002, better known as RICA. You will probably also need a police case number if you planning to claim from insurance.
Take precautions to keep the mobile away from the display while driving on the highway or in town at robots. It's important as we don't remember anything these days as we have a habit to keep the device as our personal assistant with calendar, meetings, apps, mobile numbers and important goals. Also, always look behind on the seats you were sitting before leaving any location whether it's office, movie theater, restaurants or any other place you visit for the first time to keep a tab on your phone.

Cheers!!!
