@HisenseSA Launches 3 New Infinity H50 Smartphones #HelloH50Zoom #HisenseSA

Hi Friends,

Premium phones at stellar prices. That’s what you can expect from Hisense’s new Infinity H50 and H50 Zoom smartphones, now available in South Africa, and the H50 Lite, which will be in stores from May 2021.

Hisense, China’s unsung hero, has quietly slipped into the playing field with its Infinity H50 range. The phones have been designed to satisfy different consumer needs with boosted-up or stripped-down derivatives, but the fundamental engine room across the range remains the same.

With its 91.26% screen-to-body ratio, the H50 base model, aptly named Infinity, seems like it wraps around the device. The H50 houses four separate cameras – a 64 MP HD main camera, an 8MP wide-angle camera, and an impressive multifunctional 2MP depth and macro-lens.

The H50 also has a 32MP front camera, with a new Beauty Mode feature that identifies the light conditions and adjusts the aperture automatically so there are no substandard blurry images.

The H50 Zoom has a first-of-its-kind party trick with a 16MP pop-up camera with flash. This signature piece allows you to capture impeccable selfies in portrait mode.

The power unit on the H50 and H50 Zoom comprises an Octa-Core processor supported by 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage to create a very smooth user interface on the Android II operating system. The H50 Lite is slightly smaller with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage space, yet still packs a punch, performing just as well as the rest of the H50 family in all departments.

Hisense has also factored in security features in the H50 series. The side-mounted fingerprint sensor and facial recognition technology mean these phones are basically impenetrable.

#TheLifesWayReviews @Xiaomi Mi Band 2 #SmartBand @TheGearbest #HealthyLiving

Hi Friends,

As mentioned in my earlier post about the Xiaomi products, they are not only innovative but also value for money. It goes for all the products, I have seen or used till date. The product which people fell in love with was the first Mi Band which gave a possibility to measure your steps at the cheapest price linked to your smartphone via an app and then when the second Mi Band 2 came with Heart Rate monitoring, it was an instant hit. I remember not getting it on Amazon.in when I tried to order for the same. It was always out of stock and same is the case with the new version of the device called Mi Band 3.
#TheLifesWayReviews @Xiaomi Mi Band 2 #SmartBand @TheGearbest
GearBest was able to send me the Mi Band 2 fast enough but the custom took some time to clear in South Africa but finally the band reached me within a week and I started using the same immediately. It's definitely one of the online stores which can give competition to the likes of Alibaba, Amazon, takealot.com, Flipkart and many others around the world. The device packaging consists of a silicone band, a charger base and the main unit itself. The main unit can be easily clipped into the silicon band after charged from the charging base. The charging base is USB and can be inserted into your laptop or any of the smartphone chargers.
#TheLifesWayReviews @Xiaomi Mi Band 2 #SmartBand @TheGearbest
The main features of the Smartband are Bluetooth 4.0 which help to connect to the smartphone apps immediately and pushes the data collected to the app. The OLED 0.46 inch touch screen displays time, distance, calories, and heart rate with a single gentle touch on the circular button.
#TheLifesWayReviews @Xiaomi Mi Band 2 #SmartBand @TheGearbest
Heart Rate monitoring now is far more advanced with accurate measurements which can be tracked to check the kind of exercises routine you can follow. Also, the Mi Band 2 measures your sleep and also gives you the notification if you have been sitting on your desk for long without any movement. It helps you to relax your body and also complete your daily goal of 7000 steps.
#TheLifesWayReviews @Xiaomi Mi Band 2 #SmartBand @TheGearbest
The overall weight of the device is less than 20 grams and you won't even fell the Smartband to be on your wrists. The device is powered with Li-Polymer battery capacity of 70mAh which will last you for at least 5 days and with notifications switched ON it will be around 3 days. The company claims a standby time of 20 days. The device can be charged fully in around 3 hours.
#TheLifesWayReviews @Xiaomi Mi Band 2 #SmartBand @TheGearbest
The biggest problem I faced with Silicon bands in Fitbit is that they start itching on my hand wrist after a while. This was not the case with this one but over time, you might face some itching.
#TheLifesWayReviews @Xiaomi Mi Band 2 #SmartBand @TheGearbest
Buy the device from here. Currently, my 10 years old daughter is really enjoying this smart band and soon I am sure she will want to have a colored screen smartwatch and by that time Xiaomi will definitely bring something new to the market! Till that time...

Cheers!!!

#TheLifesWayReviews @Xiaomi Mi Home iHealth Thermometer @TheGearbest

Hi Friends,

Now always you come across stuff you fall in love with but with Xiaomi you will be wondering what this company is made of? Their products are innovative and make your life easy overall. I am not talking about their smartphones but the general home appliances and other gadgets they produce.
#TheLifesWayReviews @Xiaomi Mi Home iHealth Thermometer @TheGearbest
The product I fell in love with was Mi Home iHealth Thermometer to measure your body temperature. It's as easy as just pointing the little device in front of your head and it measures the same almost instantly. If the distance between the head and the device is around 3cm and its switched ON, it will measure your body temperature.
#TheLifesWayReviews @Xiaomi Mi Home iHealth Thermometer @TheGearbest
The best part is that children will not be afraid if you measure them this way using a non-contact infrared thermometer. With the ages-old Mercury thermometer, there is always a risk of breaking and mercury spilling on the ground etc. And also with new Digital thermometers, you need to insert the same in between their armpits or mouth which is very difficult with the kids.
#TheLifesWayReviews @Xiaomi Mi Home iHealth Thermometer @TheGearbest
With Xiaomi Mi Home iHealth Thermometer, all your worries are gone! It will measure in Celsius as per your setting and will last you longer as it runs on 2 AAA batteries. The interface is very easy to use as there is only a single button to control the device. The device comes with 2 batteries in the package for using as soon as you receive the same. Pressing the center button once will switch ON the unit and bringing it closer to your head at around 3cm away will pick up your body temperature within a second which is way too faster than many other thermometers. When I checked it against the thermometer in the hospitals, the temperature showcased by this device was 0.5-degree Celsius more in all the cases. Here it's being reproduced for your reference purposes -
#TheLifesWayReviews @Xiaomi Mi Home iHealth Thermometer @TheGearbest
To change the measurement unit:
1) Turn off the device
2) Press and hold the only button on the device until both the C° and F° start blinking
3) Let go of the button, and press it one of two times until only the desired unit starts blinking
4) Press and hold the button once more until the unit stops blinking.
After that, the device will turn off. When you turn it on again, the selected unit will be displayed.
#TheLifesWayReviews @Xiaomi Mi Home iHealth Thermometer @TheGearbest
The other problem you will face in the package is the user manual is written in Chinese language but worry not these days all smartphones come with an onscreen translator which can help you read the manual in whatever language you want to. The price of the device is around USD 27-30 and can be easily ordered online. You can buy the same at one of the biggest online shops of GearBest and it will ship the product to you at the nominal charges across the world. I really fell in love with the choice of products they have and will continue to shop from them.
#TheLifesWayReviews @Xiaomi Mi Home iHealth Thermometer @TheGearbest
I really was wishing to fall sick so as to test the device when I received the same and was amazed at the wonderful sleek design of thermometer in the white color. Go check your temperature out!

Cheers!!!

5 Years of Life in #Johannesburg #SouthAfrica #6YearsofTheLifesWay

Hi Friends,

It's been 5 Years in South Africa since I first landed at O.R.Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg from Gurugram, India. I was so much anxious and excited about coming to this country and the city after hearing a lot of news items on the Internet. But as I remember, one of my friend I asked before I traveled, told me that it's good to try out the new city rather than going back to London, UK. I made my decision to come to Johannesburg and here I was on 2nd November 2013. The day was Deepawali, the festival of lights and I had no SIM card, no way to contact my parents and family until I reached the place I was assigned to stay by my employer. The roommate allowed me to call my family back home and then cooked food for me. I was busy getting my stuff in the almirahs as I celebrated Diwali alone as he went out with friends.

My first day at Standard Bank office in CBD was meeting some of the important people and getting the access card and laptop sorted. I continued to be amazed by the cleanliness and the infrastructure of the city. During my initial days only I came across Fordsburg - H.K. Superstore which continues to be my supplier of Indian groceries ever since. Dosa Hut was one of the places I would visit to get my South Indian food in the evenings. I continued to eat at a Pakistani eatery daily during my lunch time for some months till Sai Amrit restaurant which was a better one started its business in CBD. It's still one of the best tiffin/snacks kind of restaurant on Marshall Street.

By the end of the first week, my company moved me out of Roodepoort to Morningside, Rivonia Road and I had to start my life afresh. I got a friend as one other associate directly came to those apartments and we hired a car and started exploring the office and the city together. Soon it was December and I went back to India to meet my brother and family who came from the USA after a while. It was too fast of a trip but I could do some of the blog posts as my Indiblogger rating fell in November as I didn't have any Wifi or Internet connection in South Africa. I also won some of the contests and wanted to bring the prizes back to South Africa for my entertainment.

Over the next few months, I took the internet connection and started watching all the TV series which I had never seen earlier like 24, Game of Thrones, How I Met Your mother?, House of Cards, Homeland amongst others. It was constant watching starting on Friday evening till Sunday night. Sometimes I won't even go anywhere outside the home to eat food or meet people. I used to continuously watch episodes after episodes of 24 (All Seasons) and was able to finish them in a month or so. In between, I used to do some blog posts and tweets which will earn me some of the great invites and prizes. I used to ask various brands for their PR companies contacts and slowly and steadily, I became a part of their lives. There are still many brands which I am not part of and still trying to reach there.
5 Years of Life in #Johannesburg #SouthAfrica #6YearsofTheLifesWay
In the last 5 years, my biggest achievements will be getting 2 promotions at work, winning Samsung Bloggers Challenge which I always wanted to win since the day it was announced, winning Canon Instagram Engagement Award, winning Huawei Best Photographer (Jan 2019) and Huawei Mate 20 Lite, became debt free and start earning for the future, broken many relationships and making new ones. I have learned a lot and worked hard to achieve where I am now but this year I will take a break and relax a lot. I am not going to do any press releases as it takes time and benefits are not there at all. I will create my own content and blow my own trumpet to relearn what has been lost in translation during the last 5 years. I got so many gifts, tickets, show invites, launch events to attend and literally traveled around the city in my little Fiat 500. I love going to Montecasino, Silverstar Casino and many such places for their entertainment value.

Social media wise, when I came and contacted one Smartwatch company for their product review, they said I only have 50 followers on @TheLifesWay and now the same has crossed 8000 followers and increasing daily. The Instagram handle @araijain also was having around less than 1000 followers and now it has crossed 10k followers. The blog also crossed 2.16Million pageviews on 18th Feb 2019 and daily increasing along with the blog posts. I started my profiles on social media channels on Tumblr, snap chat, Pinterest and many others. This year I started focussing on Youtube channel too and soon there will be a lot of videos on the same.

Family wise, my wife started working as a permanent resource with a local company and my daughter loves her school and friends. We were blessed with a new baby boy who has just turned 1 last month. It's great to watch him grow as I missed the same with my daughter as I had to go to London, UK and they could not accompany me there. It's not easy to be constantly checking on the kids and sometimes I get irritated too but overall a smile from the boy gives me the courage to carry on.

It's still a struggle to earn some income from my blog or any of the social media channels but I will reach there soon where I can ask for my price. I am working towards the same and the changes due to my decisions will be visible to everyone. I am enthusiastic about all the time I am able to get as I could focus on important stuff rather than putting effort to post Press Releases on my channels and promoting it later for free.

Last 5 Years in Johannesburg, I have seen a lot of places in and around the city and still, I fall in love with the city as and when I travel in my car every morning or evening. I fall in love with the city when it's raining or when the rainbow comes after the rains. I still love going to Sandton City and visiting all the Indian Restaurants in the city. I love going to Fordsburg and going to Lion and Rhino Park too. I love my travel to Suncity and Hartbeespoort. I have made so many friends and so many people became my friends for life. I might have not seen South Africa completely too but I intend to do so in my next year of existence in the City of Gold.

That's my journey in the city and I continue to enjoy the rainbow nation! Not only my hairs have turned grey but my heart has turned more Red as I fall in love again and again with this beautiful city!

Cheers!!!

21 Years of #Engineering Degree #TheLifesWayReviews #6YearsofTheLifesWay

Hi Friends,

My life has been a constant roller coaster ride and as I think back of the time when I started preparing for the Engineering Entrance exams and then finally being a student of Class of 1997-2001 of Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India. It was a long dream fulfilled and the awareness level at that time was way too low as I came from a small city in Haryana. It might be my excuse for all the mistakes I did during those times and later too but overall I did faced a lot of hardships as well as fun times during those engineering years.

Engineering is one of the most sought after career stream in India after CA and Medicine. People do try to enter Civil Services or any kind of Public Sector jobs after completing their graduations in Arts and other streams. For Engineering as Graduation studies, you need to have been a good student of Science subjects mainly Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. I was never a great student of Chemistry but in other 2 subjects, I could manage myself well. I wanted to be an Engineer but never thought about the branch of subjects, I wanted to study. My family made that choice for me to take up Electronics Engineering as at that time people were looking forward to enter the technology market and electronics and computers were picking up speed.

Engineering was the first chance when students comes out of their comfort zones into the college and stay at hostels and PG's accommodations. Ragging is another thing that used to happen in those times behind the scenes and you always try to run away from the same. After a while you will understand that there is no running away and will become a part of the same. I was a day scholar for the first 3 semesters and used to daily travel to my uncle's home some 60 kms away. It gave me an opportunity to meet some new friends and experiences never sought after. Experiences like running after a Trolleys (tied to Ox/horse or Tractors) and catching them to go to the Bus station, even sitting once on a container truck without anything to hold to and most of the time walking several kilometers at one go.

I met one of my best friend and I am still friends with him and it's been more than 21 years that I have met him on and off from time to time. I miss the time we spent together understanding student life and life afterwards at IT Corporate sector. I was not able to clear my first semester exams in Physics and Economics. Economics I could strike off after the re-evaluation of examination paper but Physics took me to my last attempt in my 4th Semester where I had to clear the same by all means else I would be sitting with my juniors in their classes from 5th Semester onward. One of the my teachers, joked about the same in the classroom and that was the turning point in my career to take studies seriously and from then onward, I cleared all my examination in the same semester only. Finally, I got supplementary in 3 Semesters (1st, 3rd and 4th) out of total 8 in 4 years which I still think as an achievement. It could never have been achieved if that teacher didn't enticed my mind to think out of the box and what my life has been? I will be eternally grateful to him through out my life.
21 Years of #Engineering Degree #TheLifesWayReviews #6YearsofTheLifesWay
Life in the last semester is more about the placements or the future exam preparations for GATE, CAT or GRE. Most of the people choose any one of these and keep their extra time devoted to the same and me myself kept preparing for CAT examinations throughout but never wrote the exam itself when I was in last year. I don't know what happened there but I was interviewed by Wipro Infotech and selected but final joining letter never came in 2001 slowdown. I was not aware about directly going and sitting into the TCS walk-in happening in Delhi and other students also didn't tell me. I felt so sad and took a wrong course selection to do VLSI Design Diploma from ERandDCI (CDAC) Noida which didn't fetched me any kind of job. They wanted to make me a teacher there but I was not thinking of becoming one as Corporate life always attracted me.

What happened after that was a life of struggle and pain day and night! Engineering was fun though as you were within the walls of education and learning. I would say to the young generation to take care of your studies and explore other opportunities and be always aware about the things going around you. Be close to your teachers or meet them every week with whatever problems you face in your student life. They are there for our welfare and we shall always think of them as our mentors and not afraid of them. They will guide you in the right direction as they know your strengths and weakness.

Always make a good and respectful relationship with the junior staff as by the time, you will move out of the college, they will become senior and hold posts in the various departments for your degree certificates and provisional certificates etc. Always be close to Admin, Principle office and finance guys too. It all about managing your business and getting things done.

Thirdly, you shall always buy your own books as soon as possible rather than lending from library etc and start marking all the important chapters and notes captured in the classroom and tutorials. Those will never go waste as you can always browse through them and read them before on your weekends. Always be prepared for those 7-10 questions which are always asked in your Semester exams to get good marks in your engineering exams. Keep asking your heart and mind, that if you know the subject thoroughly or you need more study in the same. There is always some bar which needs to be cleared to pass the exam and that's always known to your heart. Once you cross that bar, you will pass if not with flying colors.

What happened in my life after engineering will be in another post soon!

Cheers!!!

A Memoir - This Month Last Year - May 2016 www.thelifesway.com #TheLifesWay

Hi Guys,

May is the time when a lot of products actually comes in the market and there is a sudden flood of review posts rising up across the internet across all social media channels. Last year, May 2016, I also welcomed my parents in the country and they really enjoyed their stay in Johannesburg. It was some great moments spent with them as I was meeting them after a very long time and we saw several new places in and around Johannesburg.

1. Product Review - Huawei P8 @HuaweiZA #IgniteP8 - http://www.thelifesway.com/2016/05/product-review-huawei-p8-huaweiza.html - The packaging of this smartphones is still the best I have ever seen and after this one they started doing Leica dual lenses in their cameras and I didn't got the chance to review any of the Leica capable units.  Within a year or so they have launched the P10 so how can think how fast Huawei is outgrowing the market in terms of it's market share. Whether I am part of the brand or not but I value the aggressiveness with which company is leaping forward. Kudos!

2. Product Review - LG G5 @LGMobileSA #LGG5PlayMore #Smartphone - http://www.thelifesway.com/2016/05/product-review-lg-g5-lgmobilesa.html - I was part of the launch and also got the handset to review during April - May and the camera on this smartphone was awesome. I did win some Mall of Africa contests using LG G5 camera and uploaded a lot of photographs of the mall on my Instagram channel. This year, LG didn't invited me to the launch of LG G6 and today only I saw they have blocked me on their twitter channel. I wish they could have told me to unfollow or stop tweeting about their products etc and I would have simply obliged. Anyways, their LG G5 was awesome phone.

A Memoir - This Month Last Year - May 2016 www.thelifesway.com #TheLifesWay
3. Product Review - Acer C205 LED #Projector @AcerAfrica #TheLifesWay - http://www.thelifesway.com/2016/05/product-review-acer-c205-led-projector.html - This is something I would love to own as I immediately fell in love with this pocket but capable LED projector from the house of Acer Africa. I have never seen such cute projector and loved watching some movies with my family using this Acer C205. I am waiting for the price to fall on any online shopping websites for this product so that I can buy the same before my birthday.

4. Product Review - BeoPlay H2 #Headphones @BangOlufsenSA #BeoPlaySA #TheLifesWay - http://www.thelifesway.com/2016/05/product-review-beoplay-h2-headphones.html - I love headphones and the sound quality on Bang and Olufsen headsets is simply amazing. This comes in various colors and I really loved these red colored headsets. I have not bought any new headsets this year but ANC from Bang and Olufsen are the ones I would love to buy.

5. A Memoir - This Month Last Year - May 2015 www.thelifesway.com - http://www.thelifesway.com/2016/05/a-memoir-this-month-last-year-may-2015.html - It gives me immense pleasure to always remember how the past has served me to take me to the place where I am now. I had this small idea of starting my blog and now it has crossed 1.5 Million pageviews since Dec 2012. I have worked for so many brands, so many are still with me, so many have left but it's all part of the #SocialMedia game. With changing people in the PR companies, your work also gets migrated to the another agencies as people keep their friends and acquaintances close in this industry.

Looking forward to work on doing a lot of posts this year and take the pageviews to 2 Million by the end of  Dec 2017.

Cheers!!!

Photo Walk - Gardens of the Nature 7 #TheLifesWay #PhotoYatra

Hi Guys,

It's time of revivals and resurrections and so is my Photo Walk series coming back to life again as I saw my camera SD cards full of new flowers and pictures taken using Samsung NX300 Mirrorless camera. All these photos are taken in one of my friend's garden during a kid's birthday party.
Photo Walk - Gardens of the Nature 7 #TheLifesWay #PhotoYatra

The beauty is in white Rose and the soft yellow glow inside brings out the effect we all have in our soul shining bright inside all of us.
Photo Walk - Gardens of the Nature 7 #TheLifesWay #PhotoYatra

The Pink Rose makes it more poetic and brings all the colors of love and passion in our lives. It's random and choatic symmetry and so is life to live with and enjoy.
Photo Walk - Gardens of the Nature 7 #TheLifesWay #PhotoYatra
Changing colors towards Red and what is created is truly painting on the canvas. The chaos of the changing seasons is bringing everyone to run around but a single look on me can bring the peace you want in life.

Photo Walk - Gardens of the Nature 7 #TheLifesWay #PhotoYatra
And once again it's time to remain open and learn from all sides and directions and from everyone worth listening to. We need to be all receptive for the universe to grant us our wishes and dreams.
Photo Walk - Gardens of the Nature 7 #TheLifesWay #PhotoYatra
Thanks once again to the White Rose buds transforming into an angel like flower. Every change brings in a new hope that something great is in store for us. I too wish all of you to accept changes and be grateful each day of your life and enjoy your life on Planet Earth!

Cheers!!!

A Memoir - This Month Last Year - Jan 2016 www.thelifesway.com #TheLifesWay

Hi Guys,

This is seriously three months late but the work life has been hectic and to write a post from your heart needs that you have to be listening to it at least. I love The Life's Way and tries to devote whatever time I have on the same but sometimes due to stress and tiredness I am unable to even open my personal laptop.

2016 have been great for my blog - reached out to new brands and some of the brands said bye! Change is the only constant thing in this world and I did 396 blog posts for the whole year. January 2016 as usual was the slow start of the year as I only posted for some of the brands like Acer, Huawei, MonteCasino and Native VML.

1. 3 Years of www.thelifesway.com #TheLifesWay #Birthday #Blogpost - http://www.thelifesway.com/2016/01/3-years-of-wwwthelifeswaycom.html - At the start of the year, I shared my vision for 2016 and tried to achieve the same during the course of the year. More will be covered in a separate post for the 4th year where I will share all the achievements and targets for 2017. Thanks a lot to all the brands across the world!

It gives me a look and review of the posts which were important and which were just promotional material for brands. Though I continue to promote a lot of brands but this year I think I will ask all of them for sponsorships if they want to feature on The Life's Way.

Hi Guys!

Formula One driver Eddie Irvine has listed his spectacular Dalkey home on Airbnb. Eddie's home boasts an outdoor swimming pool that leads to an indoor lagoon, complete with plunge pool, sauna, a four-person Jacuzzi and breath-taking views over Killiney Bay.

A-list neighbours of the home include the likes of Bono, Van Morrison and The Edge to name but a few. Below are some images of the property.

If you get a chance to visit the country, try to book the same if you can afford it!

Cheers!!!

3 Years of www.thelifesway.com #TheLifesWay #Birthday #Blogpost

Hi Guys,

The Life's Way was started way back on 27 December 2012 with the intent to do blog posts for Indiblogger and Blogadda communities and win some contests. I also wanted to attend all the Indiblogger meets to meet the fellow bloggers and learn from them. I did meet one of the top most movie reviewer - Murtaza Ali Khan from "A Potpourri of Vestiges" in the first meet I attended. Later, I came to know that he would also be working for the same employer I am. He was the one behind convincing me to buy my own domain address from the start and I did so.

It was a good move as I slowly learned from various social media channels and started building my blog. I was able to attend several Indiblogger meets and participated in all their contests. My first gift voucher thought came from Blogadda for Rs.400 from some contest from Gillette where there was vouchers for fastest entries submitted on the same day. My biggest win came in the form of a HP Sleekbook for my post on HP Connected Music for Windows 8. I really loved writing the post and shared my love for hindi bollywood songs.

In the first year, I also used to participate in a lot of Twitter contests and used to get a lot of goodies from several brands. I featured some of those in my 2013 posts. It was awesome to get invited to some of the technology event launches where I met those people whom I used to see on TV. Though I never got the gadgets from the brands that year but it was awesome to meet all the biggies of the industry. I contacted some of the brands and got some positive response too. I always tried to provide value by the images as well as written content on my blog.

I traveled to Johannesburg and the blogging took a back step during it's first anniversary due to internet connection problems during the initial days here. It was the time I had to start meeting the brands once again from scratch and Sony Movies put me in contact with Ster-Kinekor and I slowly build my relationships with them. I also bought my first DSLR Nikon D7000 in May 2014. The first event I attended in Joburg was with 4ElementsMedia for Augustine Gold and also attended the launch of CinePrestige SterKinkor at Sandton City. It was also a great time as Samsung launched their first bloggers challenge and I eventually won myself a Samsung NX300 mirrorless camera in my birthday month. There was no looking back since that time. At the end of second year, I wanted to touch 100,000 pageviews which I successfully did on 31 Dec 2014.
The Life's Way in its third year has been in touch with a lot of PR's representing several brands and took a step further to design new visiting cards. I got my biggest break by working with paid assignments for some brands in India and also for Indiblogger Happy Hours to buy myself a Nikon SB910 flash. Also, I won the Samsung Blogger's Challenge to win myself a 65" Curved UHD TV. On my birthday again, HTC sponsored me my first ever mobile sponsorship which I always wanted to have and tried with many brands. I got HTC One M8 from them and loving the phone a lot for its camera capabilities. I achieved more than 640,358 pageviews in a single year with the help of Tweet Jukebox and TweetCaster app. My @thelifesway followers crossed 5800 compared to 52 when I came to Johannesburg as I was only using @araijain at that point of time.

I am really enjoying the passion I have towards my blog #TheLifesWay and I am really looking forward to make some great changes in 2016. I need to increase my followers base to get into the Webfluential Tier 3 for some of my social media channels. I got my first payment for the very first assignment for Webfluential to do 2 tweet about a brand. It's  really a nice network and you all shall join the same here. I am really looking forward to achieve a lot more this year by scheduling daily posts or on alternate days. Let's begin and Enjoy 2016 to the most!

Cheers!!!

A Memoir - Year 2015 for www.TheLifesWay.com #Blog #AashishRai (600 Post)

Hi Guys,

It's time to connect the dots and look again at some of the important activites that happened for The Life's Way blog in 2015. There has been many achievements and great things happened to me which I shared from time to time on the social media channels and also on my blog. The best part of the year came in when I became the winner of Samsung's Blogger Challenge Grand Finale for 2014. I am thankful to the brand for the same and I love watching all the movies and TV series on Samsung's 65inch curved UHD TV.

In the third year of it's existence The Life's Way blog started from 100k pageviews on 01 Jan 2015 and reached 740k pageviews on 31 Dec 2015, that's a massive 640,000 pageviews in a single year. I am thankful to Tweet Jukebox for helping me reach this mark along with more than 219 blogposts in a single year. The followers on all social media channels are increased with time spend on that particular channel.

I am also thankful to Indiblogger for their Happy Hours contest which allowed me to get several Flipkart vouchers so that I could buy myself a Nikon Speedlight SB-910. The device is really expansive and I did some sponsored blogposts to reach the milestone. I was very happy to spend all my vouchers and sponsored blog posts money on something I always wanted to have. Thanks to Indiblogger and PR's for sponsored posts.
I am so grateful to Aramex Global Shopper for giving me a chance to work for them which helped me buy my favorite  Momentum On-Ear headphones from Sennheiser, Social Beat to work on their several paid campaigns to allow me to buy SB-910 Nikon Flash.

I am also thankful to MonteCasino's PR team for the invites to their special events from time to time giving me a chance to take photographs to post on my Instagram channel. I am thankful to them for sending the Christmas goodies being my first one ever received from any brand. Thanks once again!

I am also thankful to Savanna Cider and GC Communications for all the invites to their events and sending me samples from time to time. I really loved the Beats Solo HD headphones from one of their events and will continue to enjoy music via them forever.

I am also thankful to 48hoursinJoburg's - Imran Khan, Chat Factory's - Jodene Shaer  TechSmartMag - Robin-Leigh Chetty, MyEyeOnTheWorld's - Namritha Sivasankar, TechGirl's - Sam Wright and Anne Doli, Jarred Doyle from JDC, TechnoBok's Jason Mayo, CapeTownGuy's Ariel and Jared Stokes from Disney Africa for always supporting in me in all my endeavors.

I am also thankful to Cerebra Communication for Huawei to invite me to all their events and for sending me their devices to review. I am thankful to Epic MSL Group for sending me Samsung devices and inviting me to their launch events. Craving Novity for inviting me to Sony launch events and Bang & Olufsen too. Fleishman Hillard's for Microsoft did invited me to some events for the first half of the year and I am grateful to them too.
I am extremely grateful to HTC for sponsoring me HTC One M8 and to Idea Engineers for sending me their latest devices from time to time. I am sure I have provided them the reach they wanted on instagram and twitter along with several blog posts from time to time.

I fell in love with Peugeot Active #208 car which I took for a weekend drive to Pilanesburg and thanks to the brand for sponsoring me to do so. I really loved the same and shared a lot of photographs on my instagram/photoyatra channel.

The new year I want to achieve Tier 3 for Instagram, Twitter and Blogger profile based on the calculations done at Webfluential. I am thankful to the team for giving me my first job for twitter this year for one of their campaigns.

I want to cross 3000 posts on Instagram (1630 posts so far), Blog to cross 1000 posts (600 posts) by 31 Dec 2016 to take my pageviews to cross 1 Million mark in 2016. I am also thinking of migrating to Wordpress to change the look and feel of my blog along with enabling several other features. I will continue to participate in all the blogging contests from Blogadda and Indiblogger once again.

Overall, it was a great year where it was awesome to work with new PR companies and sending/receiving proposals. I was not able to work with all of them but I hope in 2016 I will be able to do so. I hope this new year, I can earn some money to buy myself membership plans for some of the things which needs to be taken care of by the blog to automate stuff especially Tweet Jukebox. I also want to buy a Prime lens Nikon 35mm most probably to take some awesome portrait shots or Samsung's 45mm lens for NX300 Mirrorless camera. Brands do contact me if you see my profile fits the products you have and contact me on email - thelifesway@gmail.com

Looking forward to The Life's Way in 2016 and Have A Great Year to each and every readers of my blog!

Cheers!!!
