A Memoir - This Month Last Year - Jul 2014

Hi Guys,

July is always special for me as it's my birthday month and last year I received my Samsung NX300 Mirrorless camera by virtue of winning #MissionSamsung Bloggers Community Challenge which gave me wild card entry into the finals of the same.

This was my first attempt to make a poem parody and I was happy to write the same too. 

2. Launch Event - AUGUSTINEGold @ 26 June 2014 - http://www.thelifesway.com/2014/07/launch-event-augustinegold-26-june-2014.html This was the first event party that I attended in Johannesburg from any other brands and I really liked the view from the top of Reef Hotel Elevate club.

3. South African Bloggers - Meet #MissionSamsung Community Challenge Winner - http://www.thelifesway.com/2014/07/south-african-bloggers-meet.html This was the interview that got published on WeBlogForLove - Sandile Nene's esteemed blog and I really loved answering the questions. I am still looking for sponsors to my blog and can give then numerous tweets/mentions and posts for their gadgets or sponsorships.

4. Fly in the Rain - http://www.thelifesway.com/2014/07/fly-in-rain.html Another attempt at the poem after which I don't think I have ever tried it again till now. 

5. Movie Review - The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman (2014) - http://www.thelifesway.com/2014/07/movie-review-necessary-death-of-charlie.html Thought the film didn't do well on the box-office but I liked the movie a lot. It was an adventure journey in some part of Europe and I really enjoyed watching the movie. 

Life is full of surprises and your thinking  keeps on changing from time to time but the values which you adore/admire hardly changes. As I complete my 35 years of existence on this planet Earth, I have enjoyed myself and tried to enjoy every momemt as it came. I am hopeful and celebrate life as I start the next part of my journey with full vigor and enthusiasm. I love my friends, family and parents thought this first part, I have never told them so but in the next half I will do so a lot.

Always Together

Hi Guys,

The Magic in my life have always been there!

The Smile in my eyes have always been there! 

The Laughter on my lips have always been there! 

The Satisfaction in my heart have always been there!

The Love in my heart have always been there!

The expressions in my words have always been there! 

The empathy to feel other person emotions have always been there!

The intent to see the beauty of Planet Earth have always been there! 

The companion to travel this journey together have always been there! 

The romance that lights the passionate living have always been there! 

The search for everything begins and ends here!

This vicious circle have always been there!

Hi Guys,

The long wait for a short message!

The heart hoping with unshakable faith. 

The network with least complaints.

Eyes looking at shiny new screen.

Every instance wanting to see the green game.

Alas! No response! No message! And

Heart and mind goes down in a spiral vicious frame.

Fly in the Rain

Hi Guys,

The harder I try the more difficult it becomes.

Drifting of past into current spoils all the future.

Love is losing in this ugly blame game.

Ego has taken over all my sane.

Life is seemingly dull, gloomy & silver lining chain.

A ray of hope is nowhere to be seen.

Relationships are easy to enter and hard to follow.

It's a path which I undertook.

Smiles have made the way for the pains. 

But I still can't believe I am enjoying this rain.

Life giving soul has left for the change. 

I live free and fly for the gain!!!

Divine Embrace

Hi guys! 

Behind all my smiles there's sad and lonely face!

What's happening in my heart, I am the only one to face! 

There is no one with whom, I can share this edgy phase! 

Long nights of thoughts and days of dilemma passes just like a long elongated phrase! 

No where in the world I am finding the solace!

Vulnerable I may seem but still I am ready to chase!

The long forgotten dreams of childhood is lost in the race!

Everyone near and dear have set their memories to erase!

I travel alone till I meet God's grace!

And then I rest in eternity with divine embrace!!!

Acquaintance of My Life!

Hi Guys,

The day has arrived when the sun shines bright!

A long wait to meet someone great!

A small walk to the destination apart!

A warm smile to everyone who might!

A sincere request to teach what's best!

A long meeting over the lunch,

Some time spent eating the munch!

Listening to stories never heard before!

A bright little girl charmed me more,

With her cute smile and expressive eyes,

She turned foes into fines!

I dropped my acquaintance theory,

To become a friend for lifetime!

The Precious Queen

Hi Guys,

A friend sent me this poem and then I tried my luck on the thing I don't understand at all (Poetry)! :-P

I'm the girl, who hides behind a smile everyday.

I'm the girl, who has a tough exterior.

But that's not who I really am.

I'm the girl, who has a lot of problems,

But doesn't share one thing.

I'm the girl, who keeps everything bottled up.

Sometimes I just need someone to talk to. 

Someone to care about me.

Someone to listen to my problems.

Someone to hold me when I cry.

Someone to love me.

Nobody knows the real me.

Nobody knows what I go through everyday.

Nobody knows what I have to do just to make it through the day.

Nobody knows that I'm the girl who isn't who I say I am.

And I'm the girl who will cry herself to sleep every night.

My version -

You are the girl, who brings smiles to whosoever meets you.

You are the girl, who has eyes which speaks volumes without uttering a word.

You are the girl, who takes everything in her life with right attitude.

You are the girl, who will remain so close to my heart no matter where you are in the world.

Sometimes I just wonder God made you perfect.

Sometimes I laugh over your talks when I am alone.

Sometimes I dial your number and cut the call so as to not disturb you anymore.

Sometimes I think why I can’t be like you.

But I know that God loves you & so do others whose life you touch with your smile, talks and being there for them,

But you don't trust us when you are down and needs support.

And that's what I feel and pray to God to give you strength & hope and sweet dreams every night.

You are the one and only one who can be PRECIOUS QUEEN in our lives and I thank God to finally meet you in our small lives.

Lehron se darr kar nauka paar nahin hoti #MotivationalPoem

I started the year 2012 with this poem written by Sh Harivansh Rai Bacchan. It's so motivating that I continued to participate in a lot of Facebook contests. Must have participated in 100s of them to win 1 on an average. But yes perseverance is a deciding factor that helps you go. I liked myself more whenever I won some contest this year. Let's see what fortune has in store for the coming years!
