A Decade of Innovation and Excellence
HUAWEI has been a powerhouse in the smart wearable industry for over ten years, marked by the development of its proprietary TruSeen™ vital sign monitoring technology. This innovation has seen five generations of upgrades in just eight years, showcasing HUAWEI's relentless pursuit of excellence.

The Growth Engine: Smart Wearables
Smart wearables have emerged as a critical growth driver within HUAWEI's Consumer Business Group (CBG) global business. With a notable 56% year-on-year increase in smartwatch shipments in Q3 2023, HUAWEI has solidified its position in the worldwide market, boasting a remarkable 14% market share.

10 years of Innovation: How @HuaweiZA has Advanced Wearable Health Technology #HuaweiWatch

The development of HUAWEI's wearable health technology
For the past decade, HUAWEI has provided consumers with some of the most impressive smart wearable products that push the boundaries of technology.
  • 2016: The launch of HUAWEI’s first proprietary optical vital signs monitoring technology, HUAWEI TruSeen™ 1.0.
  • 2017: HUAWEI developed its own sensor solutions, enabling wearable devices to support six types of dynamic heart rate monitoring.
  • 2018: The TruSeen™ 3.0 achieved 24-hour continuous heart rate monitoring.
  • 2019: Over 100 million users registered with the HUAWEI Health App.
  • 2020: A high-performance ECG sensor was incorporated into the hardware module of TruSeen™ 4.0, breaking new ground with electrocardiogram detection capabilities and continuous blood oxygen monitoring functions.
By focusing on self-driven R&D and foundational scientific research, the brand has produced innovative solutions such as sensors, algorithms, and features. HUAWEI’s technology has expanded throughout the past 8 years. This led to the introduction of popular features such as TruSleep™, TruRelax™ and TruSport™, which bring heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen surveillance, and stress tracking, providing comprehensive overall health management to users.
10 years of Innovation: How @HuaweiZA has Advanced Wearable Health Technology #HuaweiWatch

HUAWEI HEALTH'S patent contributions and global expansion
As one of the world’s biggest patent contributors, HUAWEI Health has applied for over 800 patents and published 8 ESC research results under the 2020 ESC Guidelines on Atrial Fibrillation within the past 8 years.

In 2022, the HUAWEI WATCH D launched globally and received a CE certification. It was the industry’s first wearable device to use hybrid blood pressure measurement technology that allows accurate blood pressure measurement through micro pump pressurisation. The Health Glance function on the HUAWEI WATCH 4 Series detects 7 physiological indicators and produces an overall comprehensive health report.

The HUAWEI Health App already offers personalised sports and health recommendations that cover different daily scenarios such as sleep, diet, overall health, exercise and emotions. In addition, HUAWEI continues to work with its partners to enable research to solve major health challenges such as sleep disorders, sports recovery, childhood development, and comprehensive digital healthcare solutions. Through collaborative efforts, it has effectively contributed to the evolution of the health management sector.

Within just 10 years, the multinational technology brand has accelerated the global growth of research in wearable technology. It has 10 research institutes and 3 fitness and health laboratories around China, with plans to set up health laboratories in Europe later this year. Shipment of HUAWEI smartwatches has surpassed 130 million units globally, and the HUAWEI Health App has over 450 million active users globally.
10 years of Innovation: How @HuaweiZA has Advanced Wearable Health Technology
Partnering for success
Collaborating with over 100 professional institutions globally and the participation of over 13 million users has allowed HUAWEI to pave the way for wearable health monitoring. The brand also commits itself to continue venturing into new territories, pushing the boundaries of health applications for smartwatches.

Smartwatches play a strategic role in supporting active health management in the development of digital health monitoring. However, there is still much to be improved when it comes to the accuracy. HUAWEI is working with expert institutions and partners to develop solutions and algorithms for more accurate readings and outcomes. It also aims to provide users with an enhanced wearable health monitoring experience, leading the way in the continuous progress of non-intrusive and smart wearable devices that will benefit individuals, families, and the industry alike.

As we reflect on the past 10 years, it's evident that HUAWEI's relentless pursuit of excellence has not only transformed the wearable technology industry but has also empowered millions of users worldwide to take charge of their health. With over 450 million active users and 130 million smartwatches shipped globally, HUAWEI's journey in wearable health is a testament to their vision of a healthier, more connected world.

The #HUAWEIWatch3 Series Takes Wearable Technology to the Next Level @HuaweiZA #ClassIsTimeless!

Hi Friends,

Huawei recently launched the HUAWEI WATCH 3 Series, its most premium smartwatch range yet, to the South African market. Consisting of the HUAWEI WATCH 3 and WATCH 3 PRO, the series runs on the next-generation HarmonyOS 2 smart operating system, which integrates different smart devices into a unified ecosystem, resulting in users experiencing a truly digital lifestyle.

The HUAWEI WATCH 3 series introduces a face made with ultra-curved 3D glass, which is not only brighter but is also anti-glare, anti-fingerprint, and scratch-resistant. The body is made with heavy-duty titanium that can withstand even the harshest of South African conditions while still looking sleek and luxurious.

HUAWEI Watch 3 Pro
The timeless aesthetics of the WATCH 3 Series belies its powerful hardware and software support. Huawei has incorporated a 3D and particle engine, video decoding capabilities, and iGraphics’ rendering engine to deliver a responsive and feature-rich smartwatch. This gives users the ability to use 5- to 10-second short videos from their phone and turn their watch face into something truly unique.

The all-new chipset on the HUAWEI WATCH 3 series provides precise GPS location services. This ensures fitness enthusiasts can more accurately track their health, go through different training modules, and even automatically send alerts if they have fallen. The WATCH 3 Series boasts 6GB of memory to store apps and music, independently from a smartphone.

Moreover, these standalone capabilities extend for further use outside of HUAWEI mobile phones. By activating the eSIM capabilities of the WATCH 3 Series, users can send and receive phone calls, text messages, and even mirror their phones. The real-time synchronisation between phone and watch makes it effortless to switch between devices, even if the phone runs out of battery.

The HUAWEI WATCH 3 Pro can achieve a five-day-long battery life in smart mode, and 21 days in ultra-long battery life mode, while the HUAWEI WATCH 3 supports a three-day-long battery life in smart mode and 14 days in ultra-long battery life mode. Regardless of the model chosen, users can be confident that their HUAWEI WATCH 3 is a companion that will be with them all day long and help them manage their digital lifestyles far more efficiently than in the past.

However, this is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg. There are still many incredible features packed into the HUAWEI WATCH 3 Series that users can explore. @HuaweiZA Watch GT Active #HuaweiWatchGT #ProductReview

Hi Friends,

Huawei sponsored me this Huawei Watch GT Active (46 mm) last year in May 2019 when I planned to practice and walk the 25km in the MTN Walk The Talk 702 Race in the month of July 2019. I felt great and very happy to be getting this brand new Huawei Watch GT at that time and started using the same immediately. I was able to finish 29kms on the day of the race from the car park to and fro and then attended a birthday party and going to the office the very next day without any trouble. All thanks to the guiding force in the form of Huawei Watch GT. The watch has been with me since that time and only once in its whole life since that day failed me during the Jacaranda Spring Walk for 15km in Pretoria where it crashed at the 14th kilometer and my whole journey was not synced at all to the smartphone.
#TheLifesWayReviews - @HuaweiZA Watch GT Active #HuaweiWatchGT #ProductReview
The first few days using the Huawei Watch GT
As you all know that I was using the Samsung Galaxy S2 Classic before that which I bought from Incredible Connection cyber sale and slowly the parts starting to come off and I did some jugaad to continue wearing it. Thanks to Huawei for providing me with a new watch that people not only loved but also wanted to take from me. I totally love wearing the 46mm version which looks really cool and fills your wrist and people do notice the same too. Let's check out the various features of the Huawei Watch GT Active.
#TheLifesWayReviews - @HuaweiZA Watch GT Active #HuaweiWatchGT #ProductReview
The first thing I admired the same is the actual watch after opening up the package which has the watch with the silicon strap in orange color and a Type C charging cable and charging cradle with 2 points and magnet to fit the correct side of the watch when placed on the same. It was the first time, Huawei provided me a brand new sealed or mint condition product and I felt great after all these years of posts and reviews for their products.

The second factor was the amazing battery life of Huawei Watch GT which would totally last me for more than 14 days when I am not measuring the walks or putting the GPS ON but as I used the same to walk every day with GPS ON then the battery life come down to around 7 days and still is giving me more than 5 days of performance when I walk more than 5-6 km daily. It can be 100% charged in around 90 minutes or so. Sometimes the GPS on the watch is not able to detect the actual locations during the walks and add up those straight-line marks when you check your walk or run on the smartphone Huawei Health app. It gives you extra miles without adding any extra time to your walk making your goal appear overachieved.
#TheLifesWayReviews - @HuaweiZA Watch GT Active #HuaweiWatchGT #ProductReview
The third factor is the strap and watches dial which really looks cool in the Orange colors. The body of the watch is just 46 grams without the straps which are made from metal, plastic, and ceramic. My watch is in Titanium Grey Stainless Stell version whereas there are Black Stainless steel and normal stainless steel versions also available. The screen size is 1.39 inches with AMOLED display. The strap is made of some Fluoroelastomer material which doesn't give my skin any kind of irritation to date. Though I have to clean the back daily using a soft cloth as some kind of white material sediments around the circular sensors spot. I also regularly wash the band using the soap to make it clean as dust gets deposited in the slots of the straps. The strap is of topmost quality I have ever seen in all the bands and watches I have used since Jawbone UP, Fitbit, Samsung S2 Classic, Xiaomi Band, Huawei Band, etc in the last 7 years. Only recently the band of the straps broke after a year of usage in the month of April 2020 when I did 180kms of walk in a single month - my best performance ever in my life.
#TheLifesWayReviews - @HuaweiZA Watch GT Active #HuaweiWatchGT #ProductReview
The fourth factor was that this watch is water-resistant up to 5 ATM which I never tested as I don't swim and never took it to shower. I don't want to risk the only thing I have new and once it goes to any of the repair centers it costs a lot of money to repair. I totally loved that the watch is equipped to measure your Oxygen intake and burn capacity measured using VO2Max and also measures your Aerobic Training effect after every exercise and tell you also how much time your body needs rest before your next workout.

There are several other small features that I totally love like covering the display with your palm and it gets turned off which comes handy in the night along with when you swing your hand towards your face the display lights ON to show you the necessary details. The barometer and the altitude meter features are an added advantage that I tested when I was at the highest point of South Africa at around 2150 meters above sea level on the road near Lydenburg Mountains towards Sabie in Mpumalanga, South Africa.
#TheLifesWayReviews - @HuaweiZA Watch GT Active #HuaweiWatchGT #ProductReview
The factors which I didn't like in the Huawei Watch GT was that it doesn't have any music player built into the same which the Samsung Gear S2 classic had along with a 4GB of memory whereas Huawei Watch GT has around 700 MB of space to install Watch faces which also was limited when I got the smartwatch but then it only allows you to install 15-20 watch faces. Now the Huawei App market has expanded and there are several new watch faces coming on a daily basis.

The second factor was the inability to interpret that you have already started jogging or running etc as you have to specifically press certain buttons on Huawei Watch GT whereas it was automatic in Gear S2 Classic. Gear S2 seamlessly measures without even thinking about switching to any mode and it will measure your performance using AI but Huawei Watch GT has to be put on a certain mode using the buttons on the side of the watch and then it saves your walks in the walk category and runs in the run category as per your command. But still, Huawei Watch GT is not able to measure the floors climbed no matter how many stairs you are climbing but it will tell you the elevation gain in meters. The stress test is shown in the app but there is no functionality in the Watch GT to perform the same.
#TheLifesWayReviews - @HuaweiZA Watch GT Active #HuaweiWatchGT #ProductReview
The last factor is the Huawei Health App which is not advanced where you can add your friends and challenge them. It will give nice stats to show on your stories and posts but you can't earn points etc. Though you can get medals by finishing certain milestones it just looks like coins and nothing fancy about the same. Samsung Health is way advance in this matter where you get monthly targets to achieve and levels to cross. You can add all your friends using the Samsung ecosystem and challenge them and beat them to earn extra points and cross new levels.
#TheLifesWayReviews - @HuaweiZA Watch GT Active #HuaweiWatchGT #ProductReview
Overall, I am very happy with the Huawei Watch GT which is not as smart as it looks but then there are always new versions coming from the Huawei range of products. I did not receive the Huawei Watch GT 2 at the launch event which has a lot of disadvantages I mentioned taken care of with music player built into it and various other things which I can only check if I use the same. Huawei gives out these watches when you buy any of their smartphones so be prepared to receive the new versions of the watch when you are due for an upgrade and opt for the Huawei Watch GT smartwatch. RATING 3/5

Never Lose Track of Your Health @HuaweiZA #HuaweiWatchGT2 #KeepingYouConnected

Hi Friends,

Now that most of us are spending more time at home, home workouts are the only solution to keep in shape. However, if you have set fitness and health goals, it can be difficult to have reliable data to help you manage and plan your workouts. But thanks to the power of technology, seamless AI integration and big data analysis, this measurement is now possible without any fancy gym equipment. For example, your HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 smartwatch and HUAWEI Smart Scale are able to help you monitor all physical indicators and even send detailed reports to your smartphone via your Huawei Health app.

To keep track of every home fitness routine, you can use the HUAWEI WATCH GT 2. Thanks to its capabilities to track a wide range of activities – including walking or running on your home treadmill or around your garden, and even free training – it can send you accurate data on your workout that can be recorded to track your progress.

In addition to workout tracking, the HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 can also help you keep an eye on essential physical indicators, such as your heart rate and stress levels. With the help of HUAWEI’s TruSeenTM 3.5 heart rate monitoring technology and the HUAWEI TruRelaxTM technology, you can keep an eye on your heart rate with 24-hour real-time monitoring. You can even manage your stress levels through breathing exercises when your stress levels go higher than usual.
Never Lose Track of Your Health @HuaweiZA #HuaweiWatchGT2
Huawei can also help you achieve your body goals with its HUAWEI Smart Scale by keeping an eye on your body weight, fat percentage, muscle mass and other physical indicators. All you have to do is simply step on the scale and all the important data is instantly calculated and sent to the HUAWEI Health App on your phone, allowing you to keep track of your progress and goals.

Huawei also takes care of another critical workout need – good music! For those of you who prefer to exercise with your favorite tunes, the HUAWEI FreeBuds 3 can come in handy. Thanks to their snug fit, these Bluetooth earphones are comfortable to wear during workouts and come complete with active noise cancelling to block out the sounds of your partner’s conference call or your child watching TV. The HUAWEI FreeBuds 3 also offer premium sound quality for a more immersive audio experience during a workout session.

Another important factor for great overall health is good sleep. However, it is not easy to track your sleep patterns or the quality of your sleep. With the HUAWEI WATCH GT 2’s TruSleepTM 2.0, you can monitor up to six typical sleep problems. You get comprehensive reports on your sleep habits, along with suggestions that help to improve sleep quality overall.

Modern technology and smart wearables are the perfect solution when it comes to monitoring fitness levels and overall health at home or on the go. Be it a casual workout or following a strict fitness regime, the HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 can help you be on track, even while at home, and the HUAWEI Smart Scale can ensure you keep an eye on all the important physical parameters that allow you to manage your health better, making them the ideal companions on your fitness journey.

The Huawei Watch GT 2 series is available at Huawei’s online store https://www.huaweistore.co.za. Delivery will take place after lockdown. The device can also be purchased from the following retail outlets: Sportsman’s Warehouse, Totalsports, Cape Union Mart, as well as Takealot, once the lockdown is over.

The dial of the 46mm series adopts beveled sculpting and gemstone processing techniques to create 3D curved glass and applies individual carving to create concave spots on the dial for a more vivid look. Treated with multiple processes, the curved dial of the 42mm series is only 9.4mm thin and decorated with an extremely thin, fashionable metal frame.

The HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 46mm series is also equipped with a 1.39-inch AMOLED HD precision touch screen with a display resolution of 454 x 454 pixels, wider color gamut, and an ultra-thin design that is superior to LCD screens, achieving fuller screen color and higher contrast. The screen design is modern and artistic, suitable for people who pursue the finer things in life and speaks to the simple, exquisite design philosophy that is in vogue nowadays.

New professional sports monitoring creates a richer smartwatch experience
Sports enthusiasts ask for professional sports data monitoring and all-around experience from their smartwatches. The HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 46mm series connects with Huawei mobile phone Bluetooth and supports Bluetooth calls at up to 150 meters. The watch also supports phonebook functionality so you can save friends’ contact information on your watch and easily look them up. At the same time, the watch comes with large storage capacity, housing up to 500 mp3 songs. You can easily manage and enjoy music while exercising.

In the sports mode, HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 is compatible with 15 sports, including eight outdoor sports (running, walking, climbing, hiking, trail running, cycling, open water, triathlon) and seven indoor sports (walking, running, cycling, swimming pool, free training, elliptical machine, rowing machine). Comprehensive health management for your everyday care
In the field of intelligent wearables, Huawei is committed to helping consumers better manage their own health. Leveraging advanced intelligent algorithms, Huawei is an industry leader in health management.

In terms of heart rate monitoring, HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 helps monitor bradycardia and heart failure. Unless in the sports mode, the user will be notified if the heart rate is above 100 bpm or below 50 bpm for more than 10 minutes. Users can also view the data in the Huawei Sports and Health App to keep an eye on your health in real-time.

In addition to heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring is another function that users care about. Poor quality sleep has become a problem for many. HUAWEI TruSleep™ 2.0 monitors sleep quality, real-time heart rate, sleep breathing quality and uses big data analysis to rate sleep quality. It combines Huawei AI technology to accurately analyze sleep problems and provides sleep improvement suggestions, as well as personalized sleep services and reports to help users improve sleep quality.

HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 also comes with self-developed HUAWEI TruRelax™ technology, which helps users relieve stress by recording HRV (heart rate variability) values and providing feedback on the user's stress index. In addition, it also has a sedentary alert, which reminds the user to stand up and move around after a certain period of time. On special occasions, the alert can be turned off. You can also record the number of steps you take each day, calories burned, and the number of times you stand up. HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 provides consumers with all-day physical status information to help them develop healthy living habits and lifestyles.

#TheLifesWayGoals @Walkthetalk_ #MTN702WALK #Target25km 28Jul19 - Week 5/6/7 #HuaweiHealthSA

Hi Friends,

It really requires a strong will power to continue and leave aside your regular tasks and lifestyle to carry on to some new goals in your life. I have been missing on my goal for which I was getting prepared and as I thought that I am going good, I relaxed my will power to focus on watching Netflix TV series and posting a lot of blog posts on my blog and other social media channels which I was not able to do when I was walking every alternate day as  per my schedule. Another idea hit me in Week 4 that I shall walk daily rather than stretching myself on Tue and Thu and Sat and do some regular walking to save on time and put regular effort daily. That is the worst idea as daily it's almost impossible for me to go out and with weather fluctuating in Johannesburg, South Africa my body is always looking for some reasons to not go out.

After 3 weeks of TV watching including all the cricket matches and Lucifer Season 1, Designated Survivor Season 3 and many other movies I can surely say that Entertainment and Fitness can't go hand in hand for me. I have to sacrifice one at the expense of others and now since the past 3 weeks, my body is not keeping well as compared to when I was walking regularly. I am again committing myself to the schedule and going to enhance my walking in a month left to the race day. Time flies and the race day will be much nearer than I thought as I wasted first 3 weeks of June in stuff which I wanted to do but was postponing so it's a win-lose situation but I am ok about it.

I have been looking for my shoes and wanted to experiment with the PUMA ones I have but those seem to be unlucky shoes as I didn't walk in those more than 3.18km on 4th June 2019. I shall return to my old, dusty and torn shoes from New Balance as they are my heart and they love me and I love them. They are the only lucky ones which kept me on track for such a long time on anything. Let's start with them again and walk till the end in those only, who cares. It's a race for myself and my body and nobody else cares about that. I have this problem from the start of my life that I need to have all the resources ready for me to start something which is always a wrong strategy. You shall always start and resources come on the way! Let's try to change it and build towards a healthier future Aashish Rai Jain! Amen!

Cheers!!!

#TheLifesWayGoals @HuaweiZA #MTN702WALK #Target25km 28Jul19 - Week 4 #HuaweiWatchGT

Hi Friends,

Week 4 saw me down with cough and cold catching up with me and I was at the verge of falling sick and when I started my walk on 4th Tuesday, I could not go further than 3km and it took almost 40 min to complete the same too.

Let's focus this post on Huawei Watch GT and what it brings on the table for me for this walk, some key points are explained as below -
  1. Battery Life: Now I can forget that my watch is digital smartwatch as the battery life of Huawei Watch GT is huge. It can easily go for more than 1 weeks with my exercise regime but for most people, it will easily cross 2 weeks with a single charge.
  2. AMOLED Display: On Huawei Watch GT Active edition I have its 1.39 inch AMOLED 454 x 454 HD screen and it's super awesome to watch in direct sunlight too.
  3. Gestures: The AMOLED screen supports slide and touch gestures as the dial is fixed, unlike Samsung watch which needs 2 fingers to operate.
  4. Charging: The watch gets charged fully in less than 2 hours on the Magnetic charging thimble which comes in the package.
  5. Water and Dust Resistance: It's 5 ATM water-resistant and the whole casing is secured with only charging pins out in the open. The watch keeps sending notification as you put on the charging cradle that keeps these pins are dry and without any water.
  6. Lovely Straps: The watch is easy to wear with its new design of straps which are comfortable on your wrist even when you wear them day in day out. I really loved my Orange Fluoroelastomer Strap which I wear while sleeping in the night too and only take out while taking a bath and when the watch is getting charged.
  7. Watch Case: I have got the 46.5 mm case in Titanium Grey Stainless Steel which is made up of Metal, Plastic and Ceramic. Please don't go by the name of the look as the case is not Stainless Steel.
  8. Buttons: Power button and Function Buttons are the only buttons other than the touch screen to do all the functions required.
  9. No Auto Pause and Auto Start - Huawei Watch GT doesn't offer the auto start and pause when you stop during the workout which is the case with earlier Samsung Gear S2 watch I was using. In this, you have to manually do the same by just clicking a button on the top side.
  10. No Floors Measurement: Despite having an altimeter, the Huawei Watch GT is not showing the floors walked in its software. This might come as a feature later in this watch.
  11. No Music Player: Huawei Watch has no music player built into the same, hence it will remain a watch and can't control your music and you will have to carry your mobile always.
  12. 786MB RAM: is very less and it can only take very less number of Watchfaces, unlike my earlier watch Gear S2 which has a 4GB memory to accommodate songs as well as apps and 100s of watch faces.
So these were some of the things from the top of my mind about the Huawei Watch GT! My performance for the week remains good as I completed my first 15km in about 2-3 minutes less than the last race I participated last year in Pretoria for Spring Walk - 15kms.

#TheLifesWayGoals @HuaweiZA #MTN702WALK #Target25km 28Jul19 - Week 3 #HuaweiWatchGT

Hi Friends,

Week 3 started with the great news that I will be using Huawei Watch GT as my primary device to capture my walk towards 25km training and share my progress on my blog and other social media channels. I am thankful to Huawei for the same once again.

3rd Tuesday has the target of 10km which was easy to do as I already did cover that on Saturday of Week 2 but this time I saved some 5 minutes of my walking time to complete the walk. This was really great and gave me the confidence to do with my walks as per plan schedule. It was tough though that I wanted to postpone the walk but somehow carried on and finished the same.

3rd Thursday was on 23rd May 2019 which was also the results day for the Indian Election 2019 and as I was interested to know who will be the winner all across India so was awake since 330am and started watching TV and watched till the end of the day when the final results were still coming. I started walking but could not do it further than 3.75km as I was really tired and sleepy. If you are not able to sleep well, the walk or run is extremely difficult for me I could get from my body.
3rd Saturday saw me sleeping all day and was fully tired but went shopping and brought some Energade and Cadbury's 5 Star chocolate as I need to walk 12km on that day. As I completed 3km, I started drinking Energade Naartjie flavor and it really gave me instant power and I finished the 500ml bottle by the time I reached around 5km. The only problem with Energade is that it makes you pee a lot and I have to find a loo by 6.5km and soon again at around 8.5km due to the drink. I didn't drink any water for the whole walk and only drank once I reached home.

Saturday also saw me changing my socks to thick ones from Jockey and with my New Balance fresh foam 980 Shoes it never gave me any problems at all. The only problem is that these shoes have already walked around 73km since I started training in them (9 walks) and since I got them from the brand in one of their activations in Feb 2014 and since then it must have seen more than 200km in last 5 years. The life of these shoes is over but I am not able to find another pair which are better than these ones. I have never felt any pain in my feet using these shoes even when I ran long ago for 5km in them without any practice.

New Balance Shoes from Feb 2014 - almost going to take the fall!
All these walks are giving me insights into my mind and body and told me that I need to take some vitamins and energy drinks on my way to 25km. I have started eating Almonds too and need to check how Banana Shake can help me if I take it before my walk every week?

I also ordered Remedy Health Compression Socks for my tired feet from OneDayOnly website and wore them on Saturday night after my walk. It really gave me total foot support and made them relaxed. They were on sale at One Day Only website and you shall check out their deals every morning and every day at 1pm.
