Samsung Signature Service provides a myriad of comforts to loyal customers, including an in-home installation service by a fully accredited technical team, who also advise on how to get the best from the Samsung product. The aim is to give customers the ultimate user experience which includes a helpful demonstration of the basics of operating the product to the innovative features they may not initially be aware of. Samsung Signature Service includes:
  • A five-year and a three Signature Warranty
  • Free product delivery1
  • Installation and connection within a 70 km radius of the point of purchase in selected areas
  • Removal of packaging
  • In-home training and registration2 to Samsung account, which provides seamless after-sales service
  • Dedicated 24hr Online or Call Centre Support. NB: Under current Covid conditions the support centres operate 8am to 8pm Mon to Fri and 8am to 3pm on Saturdays.
