Twitter Goodies - Comic Con 2013 at Hyderabad

Hi Guys,

Comic Con is one the biggest festival for the lovers of Comics. It happens world wide and I was able to attend the one that happened in London way back in 2011. After than I enrolled for Delhi to be a volunteer but could not go to attend the interview and could make it to the event also. Felt really sad! This year it's happening in Hitex, Hyderabad where I have attended various events when I used to live in Hyderabad way back in 2005-2007. Do make the best of this opportunity as the event happens on 21 and 22  Sep 2013. Also there are a lot of free goodies on the offer along with an awesome bag which I won't be able to get for myself.

Smelly To Smiley! - Damp Room Walls Challenge

Hi Guys,

No matter what you do, there is no escape from a room where you have the dampness all around the walls. It become more worse and torturous when there is no windows that opens outside to get the fresh air in. Dampness causes a lot of diseases in your body and you can't stay fit for long is what I feel. I can't stand a damp room even for an hour. 

The uneasiness all the while breathing in a damp air is what motivated me to go search for the right product which can atleast bring it down. Checking on many companies products like odonil, airwick and several room fresheners and even using perfumes and deo's but none was effective for a longer period of time. 

Finally, I came across this AmbiPur Air Effects which I received as a Indiblogger Goodie in one of the meets that happened in Delhi. I thought if they are saying and going gaga over this thing, let's challenge the product. 

I went on to search for the location of dampness in one of the known house. I took this AmbiPur product and sprayed more than 3 sprays to bring the freshness that I wanted and desired in that damp room. 

Finally it was a great damp remover for some time that I wanted to stay there for testing purposes. Let's hope that it can bring some change to all those who are suffering from damp walls in their newly build houses or water drenched houses or wherever they want to use the same.

An Android App a day - 17. Benji Bananas

Hi Guys,

Playing games is the thing that I keeps on doing as an easy resource to pass the time but then later I feel guilty that there has been a lot of pending books to be read. There is always something good that keeps coming up in the world of Apps and games. With a lot of different operating systems, something or the other keeps on coming in the iPhone or the Windows or Android worlds.

Benji Bananas is one of those games which has the fun of being a Tarzan wonder boy and jump across the trees via Vines. The game play is easy as well as difficult. If you get some powers, it will be easy else it will be long and tough. The jump from one vine to another is simply great. The background music of the app is simply enthusiastic.

An Android App a day - 16. Air Patriots

Hi Guys,

There are many options available today to pass time as you wait outside in queue for Doctor's appointment or Passport office B section or any other place where wait it more longer than you ever expected. 

I have been into playing computer/mobile games since my childhood and have been able to hop from one to another. I still remember when we used to hire that Media playbox for a night at Rs 40/- and used to attach the same with our TV and play Super Mario, Spartan, Tank and many more games till 2 am in the morning or till the time mom came to scold us. Then the focus shifted to playing Bricks games on the handheld video game. After a while mobile games - snakes etc took the charge and meanwhile computer games has been with us throughout. Who has not played Road Rash or Need for Speed on his/her laptop/desktop etc? 

Air Patriots is one of those games makes you think about the strategy and competitive edge to use your aircrafts to kill enemies tanks. I really love playing the game on my Nexus7 tablet. The never ending tanks of the enemies keeps you on your toes and the difficulty level keeps on increasing.
