Halloween Just Got Real With @DStv #DStvHalloween @MNet #NightRun

Hi Guys,

The first ever DStv Halloween Night Run was held at the PwC Bike Park in Sandton, at 19:00 on Monday, 31 October 2016. The race was limited to 300 people – and they will be running…for their lives… in this exclusive event. The Night Run promises entrants a fully immersive experience, as on-screen horror is brought to life in a 2km run through the stuff nightmares are made of - through the woods, in the dark. A scenario that’s bound to help runners discover athletic abilities they never knew they had.

Nomsa Chabeli Mazibuko, General Manager for Marketing at MultiChoice says, “With Halloween just around the corner, we want to give our thrill-seeking customers the opportunity to take part in a real-life Halloween experience. The DStv Halloween Night Run will be memorable, haunting and guaranteed to scare your socks off.”

On screen, DStv customers were in for a treat with a terrifyingly good line-up of Halloween content, featuring old favourites as well as the latest movies and episodes of their favourite series.

On M-Net Edge (DStv Channel 103), brand new HBO hit show, Westworld (Mondays at 21:00) is a dark sci-fi thriller about the dawn of artificial consciousness and the evolution of sin, in a world where the old west and the new age collide and American Horror Story is back with even more grit and gruesome, nail-biting suspension (Fridays at 22:10).

On Fox (DStv Channel 125), catch new episodes of The Strain (Season 3) - the acclaimed thriller from Guillermo del Toro and Carlton Cuse (Mondays at 20:10); and the grisliest season of The Walking Dead (Season 7, Part A, Mondays at 21:00).

For more highlights please visit www.dstv.com. I was part of the group to walk down this night of fear and horror with another eight people with me. With the group it made more fun as were joined together by holding rope in our hand with two persons carrying lanterns at both ends. There was darkness and all kinds of things we see on TV came alive, walking dead, dead people, zombies etc etc. Don't miss this event whenever it happens again. I am sure I won't be able to go alone on this scary path. It was an awesome event and people totally loved the same. Check more of the pictures on my instagram handle - www.instagram.com/araijain
