Stationery Review 315 - Bril Fountain Pen RFP = 8 (INR 35)

Hi Friends,

This is the last pen I bought from their value editions of Fountain Pens that were available on Bril online store. Stationery Review 315 - Bril Fountain Pen RFP = 8 (INR 35)

This is the one with the metallic pained finials on the top and looks integrated with the clip. I really like this one as I filled the same with the last ink Bril Green. So I had 7 inks ordered from them along with 7 fountain pens. All pen videos and inks were paired in these videos. You can definitely check out and order if you can. I am not going the affliate link route but just promoting their products as I loved them and the price is really cheap and perfect for students.

Stationery Review 314 - Bril Fountain Pen RFP = 7 (INR 35)

This is a full-fledged fountain pen, and I liked it as well. I filled it with the black ink from Bril. If you want to buy a single pen in multiple colour bodies, then buy this one in its full range or 10-piece pack. All the pens from Bril come in 5 body colours, so a 10-pack will have 2 pens each in one colour. I also liked the fact that it has the same finial as the body colour or barrel colour. The plastic quality of Bril pens is not that great, but their nib is wonderful. At this price, they write the best in the market and take in a lot of ink that will last you a long time. 

It reminds me of the fights we used to have in school when we would splash the ink from our fountain pens on the student we were fighting with, so that their white school shirt would have blue ink all over. This will ensure that their mom will beat them at home for sure, even if we have not been able to at school.

Stationery Review 313 - Bril Fountain Pen RFP = 6 (INR 35)

This is one of the best ones, I will say, as you can see how much ink is in the barrel, and if you are using any fancy inks, then the ink going up and down the barrel will entice you to watch it as well. I totally loved doing the same, and that's why I chose Bril Laurel Rose (Pink) ink to fill in this one. I will definitely buy more of this one, as this one has a full-fledged nib and demonstrator barrel. This is priced at Rs 35, and I got it for around Rs 25. The nib writes beautifully in all the Bril RFP range of pens. These are much better made than the other branded ones I will show you in the days to come.

Stationery Review 312 - Bril Fountain Pen RFP = 4 (INR 50)

This is one of the best from the Bril in their RFP range of pens. As soon as you open it up, it starts writing. The only issue is that it can't be posted but connsidering the length of the pen unposted it won't pinch you at all. The design elements are same like the expensive fountain pens. This is also an inkdropper and I totally love this one. This nib writes with flow and in fine. I totally love writing with the same.

Stationery Review 311 - Bril Fountain Pen RFP = 3 (INR 25)

Hi Friends, 

This is the next in the series of Bril Fountain Pens, and this is the cheapest amongst all of them. I think the reason is that it has a whole plastic body and a clip, as compared to the other ones, which have metal clips. I really loved the plastic cartridge that comes with it, which is a great mechanism to check and fill your pen with ink, as you can always see how much ink is left in the pen. Stationery Review 311 - Bril Fountain Pen RFP = 3 (INR 25)

Bril RFP 3 is a total plastic fountain pen, as this one has a clip also made of plastic. This looks good and is the first one so far which a full-fledged nib. The nib in this one is bigger than the other models 1 and 2. This pen is definitely one of the best if you want to write on a daily basis. These are all ink dropper fountain pens, so they can take a lot of ink and will last longer than any other pens. This is the cheapest pen amongst all the Bril Pens, and we got it for Rs 18 only, whereas the MRP is Rs 25. Stationery Review 310 - Bril Fountain Pen RFP = 2 (INR 40)

I bought all the fountain pens that were available at the Bril India website and got around 30% discount as well. Check these out! We got this pocket fountain pen that has threads to keep the cap posted as unposted, it will be smaller for bigger hands. This pen is priced at Rs 40, and we got it for Rs 28 only. Stationery Review 310 - Bril Fountain Pen RFP = 2 (INR 40)

This is amongst the best ones and one of my favourite ones as well. This is a pocket fountain pen because of its length. This is also an ink dropper kind of barrel, which has to be used to fill it up. My confidence level is slowly developing to use more of such kinds of pens. This is my first time ever using an ink dropper kind of fountain pen. The design, quality and the golden trims of this pen are amongst the best ones in the Bril RFP series. The nib on all these pens is smooth and writes very nicely. They are more inclined towards a Fine nib. I totally love writing with them.

This is the thinnest pen amongst all the 7 we bought from the Bril RFP range of fountain pens. This is the first in the series and is priced at only Rs 30. We got it for Rs 21, making it the cheapest pen we've ever bought. We have paired this pen with the Bril Fountain Pen ink in Violet colour. This pen has some kind of extra flow, as the feed mechanism is also relatively small in this one, compared to the other pens. Stationery Review 306 - Cello Royal Fountain Pen (INR 100)

Hi Friends, 

Cello Royal Fountain Pen is priced at Rs 100 (ZAR 20-25) only. It comes with an ink converter and 3 ink cartridges. This time, I brought my 20-year-old ink bottles and filled them directly from the ink bottle. Check it out!

Stationery Review 306 - Cello Royal Fountain Pen (INR 100)

This is one of the best writing fountain pens I have seen in this price range. This is very much similar to the joy that Unomax executive fountain pens also give me. The nib is a great writer and has cello branding on the same as well, which is not seen in other pens in this price range. 

The package comes with 3 jumbo cartridges, an ink converter and a stylish metal clip. India has a huge range of stationery products, and new brands are also focusing on fountain pens. Some of the earlier known brands have started bringing their advanced fountain pens in ebonite, acrylic and wood body designs.

Stationery Review 305 - Camlin Trinity Fountain Pen (INR 140)

Hi Friends,

Camlin Trinity Fountain Pen (INR 140) is the pen that writing enthusiasts love and vouch for in the pen industry. This has been a famous pen, and I have always wanted to buy one. And I found it at one of the shops in Gurgaon. I paired it with Parker Quink ink that I also bought some 20 years back. Check it out! 

Stationery Review 305 - Camlin Trinity Fountain Pen (INR 140)

This is really a nice fountain pen for less than the Rs 150 mark. It has a nice clip and a great nib, a really lightweight body design and a metal cap. There are 3 ink-filling mechanisms that you can incorporate. The ink cartridge didn't come with my pack, so I am not sure if it comes or not in the pack. The other one is the ink converter, which was already installed. The last mechanism is to use the barrel as an ink reservoir directly, but it will burp out ink in case the threads start leaking, etc. I have not tested this phenomenon as yet, but I will try when I am too adventurous to first spoil my clothes or journals, and secondly, when I have ink that I can waste.

Stationery Review 303 - Unomax Satin Fountain Pen EF (INR 100)

Hi Friends,

Unomax Satin Fountain Pen comes with an ink converter as well as 3 ink cartridges. The plastic body is coated with a golden colour, but it's going to fade away really soon. The pen is priced at INR 100, but I think it's a little bit pricey for the same. Check it out!

Unomax is really a great fountain pen brand, as I have not yet checked their gel or roller, or ball pens. This one also writes beautifully. They do take care of their nibs or at least test them before packing the pens in their packaging. The steel nib is really responsive and writes beautifully. This pen comes with an ink converter as well so that you can fill it with your favourite coloured inks.
