It's a Holiday Market for The Geeks & Techies In Your Life @rAgeExpo #rAgeExpo2022

Hi Guys,

This year's rAge expo takes place from the 9th to the 11th of December and as such is perfectly timed for those who may be looking for gifts for technology and geek-minded loved ones. Or why not treat your inner geek to something nice this festive season?

Among all the games, esports, LAN, and cosplay there are also dozens of stands selling everything from the latest computer hardware to homemade cosplay costume items and it's all available at great prices. It has become something of a tradition for retailers to arrive at rAge with something on special and this year promises to be no different.

For instance, ACER will be giving huge discounts on Acer Nitro and Predator tech and limited-edition predator merch will be sold at their predator stand. SMD Technologies is offering all rAge attendees up to 25% off on all SONY INZONE Headsets for the duration of the expo. For something slightly geekier Kitsune relics who sell Funko Pops, Loungefly bags and FiGPiNs will be doing as much as 60% off on some items.

Then there are prizes attendees can win, simply by visiting the store and picking up a little something. Expat Trading is doing multiple giveaways each day ranging from gaming Keyboards to Bluetooth speakers, while SMD Technologies is giving away a Creality 3D printer; Shure is offering visitors the chance to win their own design on an MV7 podcast microphone and UGS is giving away an Xbox Series X to the person who drives the fastest lap on f1 22 at their stand over the weekend.

The other side of shopping at rAge is the opportunities offered to pick up entirely unique gifts and items that really can't be found anywhere else. Artist's Alley is an inspiring collection of local stalls that offer things that are either handcrafted, custom designed or tailored to a customer’s specific requirements. From unique paintings and sketches to jewellery, steampunk accessories and Medieval clothing, the creative people of the Artist's Alley have been a cornerstone of the convention for ten years. These are not the things you can find in any old shop and shopping there you are sure to find the ideal present for that relative or friend whose tastes aren't catered for in a mall. Handcrafted daggers vie for attention alongside unique 3D printings, handmade figures, and risqué lingerie.

The best part is that by buying your gifts at Artist's Alley the money all goes directly into the pockets of the people who created your purchase with no middlemen, and no corporations in between.

Be sure to stop by the many flea market stalls where local entrepreneurs have an assortment of interesting goodies to buy.

Incredible Connection and Evetech also have a wide range of computer and gaming tech products available to purchase online this week at discounted prices, so make sure to check them out.

Whether you are looking for something unique, a great price on the latest tech or just want to support a local entrepreneur, rAge is set to be the ultimate geek holiday market.
