Samsung Pay has seen a dramatic uptake in usage reaching the one million transactions mark in August 2019 followed shortly thereafter by the two million transactions milestone in February 2020, clearly indicating its’ growing popularity. The effortlessly simple and secure mobile payment solution has changed the way we pay, with the ability to activate multiple payment cards from our banking partners in one digital wallet. #TheLifesWayCaptures - Dubai Marina Mall #Dubai #UAE - #PhotoReviews

Hi Friends,

Emaar is one of the biggest property developers in Dubai, UAE. Other than them I could see DAMAC, Meraas, and DP Group and there must be many more which I was not able to recognize or recall in my short 96 hours trip in Dubai.
Dubai Marina Mall is full of shops with all your favorite retailers trading throughout the day. I didn't enter any of the shops as shopping was not on my agenda and seeing the place was the top priority. And I didn't find the price difference too much so as to buy further as my bags were already overflooded with the things bought from India already.
The area is surrounded by many hotels and in this picture, it's Crown Plaza which really became visible due to this white mesh. The one thing I observed in my trip is that even the grills outside homes or shopping places parking area it's all different designs and no design gets repeated in the same area.
The lights in the night are enough to make your walk easy and make you feel like a great flashing city vibrating with energy, music, and vibes. It feels so great to see day in the night but the only problem is that you need to close your curtains as I lived on 38th floor in Airbnb apartment and it was difficult to sleep with windows open due to neon lights.
The river near the buildings makes it always look great for morning and evening walks. I saw a lot of people running and jogging in the morning and evenings. The city is well connected with trams, buses, tubes and multiple sources of public transports.
I missed traveling in the ferry which I generally always makes a point as it gives a great angle from the mid of the river for taking the shores photos. You need to be really rich to enjoy all the luxuries in Dubai but you can also survive as there are restaurants and takeaways offering a full-fledged meal in around AED12-17 which is enough to make your tummy full. Also, Zomato Dubai offers a lot of offers to get your food delivered at home and it will save on the parking that you need to pay everywhere you park your car. More on the other stories later in the series!!!

#TheLifesWayCaptures - Dubai Marina Walk #Dubai #UAE - #PhotoReviews

Hi Friends,

Dubai is full of skyscrapers and the first day we went around our Airbnb flat walking in and around Dubai Marina Mall and Marina Walk. It felt so great to go on an evening walk in the main district of Dubai as we generally don't walk here in Johannesburg unless it's a race event.
#TheLifesWayCaptures - Dubai Marina Walk #Dubai #UAE - #PhotoReviews
Dubai has a walkway built all around the roads in this Emaar Properties area. The people stop their cars in case you are crossing the road even when the lights are green for the vehicles. This is a high-level behavior for the walkers which I only saw in Singapore long ago in 2006.
#TheLifesWayCaptures - Dubai Marina Walk #Dubai #UAE - #PhotoReviews
It reminded me of the walk around the Thames river when I used to work in Red Lion Court in Southwark near London Bridge, London, UK. There are restaurants and eateries around the walk and it totally felt European. The ferries go from here till the Burj Khalifa and you can book a tour that is available twice a day.
#TheLifesWayCaptures - Dubai Marina Walk #Dubai #UAE - #PhotoReviews
There are ferries, personal ships, and yachts going around the pier. It really brings you to a city which has been made keeping the future proof and made smart to the smartest. There is a lot of construction going on in and around the area and it keeps growing with time.

The buildings all around the yachts reminded me of the Canary Wharf and St Katharine Docks Marina which is very near to the Tower of London. These photos are clicked from the Emaar Marina Mall food court and the walk around the same.

Emaar Marina Mall is an awesome mall and we had a Vegetarian Paneer Pizza at the Pizza Hut which was not up to our expectations from the Pizza Hut franchise. But as it might be the local taste hence you can't say anything but after eating at the Pizza Hut in India at Ansal Mall, Gurugram you can't compare anything as the taste is superb.

The Dubai Miracle Garden was opened to the general public on 14th Feb 2013 and I was almost there around the same week in 2020. What a coincidence that I was there on 13th Feb 2020 hence this is my first picture for the last post in this three-post series before we travel to another destination in the city.

There is some fun in traveling in Emirates Airlines and this time I bought all the way from Johannesburg to India and Dubai via Emirates only. Even my parents traveled by Emirates along with my mother-in-law. Dubai International airport is awesome and really great for all the duty-free shops and also you can get a 48 or 96 hours visa processed by Emirates. Though there is always some cost involved and the price is a little high for traveling via Emirates as compared to other airlines.

Coming back to the Miracle Garden, there is something for everyone from kids to adults to the elderly, It's just you have to walk around the park. I didn't try any of the cafes or shops or restaurants due to the time constraint as my brother was waiting outside the park. We took the whole round around the park in less than 3 hours but definitely must have missed a lot of good spots.

Keisha was behaving like a celebrity taking photos inside the park at every stop. I have my camera filled with her photos which she will ask for in the recent future as she got time free from school this month and half of next month. Soon she will be a teenager and then I don't know how to handle her? Let's see what the future holds for her.

The castles made in the Miracle Garden were not only soothing for the eyes but also great for taking pictures. It's really a place for your tik-tok videos and Instagram ready pictures. It's just you need to take someone along with you to take all the pictures and videos or the action camera to capture everything.

Cars were the theme from last year's installations and was kept outside the park at the entrance and by looking at them I immediately loved them more. The park is generally open from 9am to 6pm on all the days but there must be some exceptions to the same. Do check out the website or call them before making your way to Al Barsha South Third where the park is located.

#TheLifesWayReviews - #UFlex #Bluetooth Headphones @SamsungMobileSA #ProductReview

Hi Friends,

I have been going to all the Samsung activation for Galaxy Studio in Sandton City for many years now and it has increased in the last few years as I moved closer to the area. The first one I went to was for Samsung S5 where they gave me a metallic water bottle with my name written on with S5 Fit Aashish. From that time onwards I made it a point to always attend if I am able to know when it's going to happen and I am free on that weekend.
#TheLifesWayReviews - #UFlex #Bluetooth Headphones @SamsungMobileSA #ProductReview
2 Years back at the Samsung activation for S9 and S9+ in Sandton City they were giving a tour of the studio and asking some 5 questions at the end of the same. Someone who puts his hands up first will be told to answer and will win a brand new Samsung UFlex Headphones and as I was focussing on getting all the answers registered in my mind, I was the chosen one for the second question and brought home these amazing new Samsung Uflex Bluetooth headphones. Even during S10 and S10+ activations, it was widely distributed on Twitter, Facebook, and Samsung Studio by winning the dancing challenge.
#TheLifesWayReviews - #UFlex #Bluetooth Headphones @SamsungMobileSA #ProductReview
Samsung UFlex derives its name from the flexible and bendable neckband which sits easily around your neck to bring a great audio experience. The product is not fully bendable and it is suggested that you don't bend it more than 100 degrees than its natural position. I don't think it will be of much concern for a person who is using on a day to day travel or work purposes unless you want to keep them inside some backpack tilting them.
#TheLifesWayReviews - #UFlex #Bluetooth Headphones @SamsungMobileSA #ProductReview
The package includes just the UFlex Bluetooth headphones with 2 wired earbuds connected to the neckband, several silicon ear tips (S, M, L) and a USB cable to charge the headphones. The earbuds are magnetic in nature and when not in use you can attach them together to secure the headphones band in a loop around your neck. There is no other function attached to the magnetic buds like music doesn't stop when it's attached to each other as seen in some of the recent Bluetooth headphones.
#TheLifesWayReviews - #UFlex #Bluetooth Headphones @SamsungMobileSA #ProductReview
With the motto of Listen to Your Music in Superior Comfort which is enabled by the stable Bluetooth sound over the interface and 2-way speakers which are best in class to produce not only music audio but you can also receive calls. The speakers include the 11mm woofers and 8mm tweeters which will cover a large number of frequency ranges in your favorite music. I really enjoy the fast v4.2 Bluetooth connection with my Samsung Note 8 smartphone showing me the battery levels from time to time and also alerting if I am listening at loud volume. It happens once you cross the volume scale of 60 towards 100.
#TheLifesWayReviews - #UFlex #Bluetooth Headphones @SamsungMobileSA #ProductReview
Samsung devices also have a feature where you can Adapt Sound or Sound Alive to match your profile based on age or you can have a personalized sound profile too. Samsung's scalable codec technology gives a seamless connection on your Bluetooth headphones and these are the only headphones I have in my stable which works even if I change rooms and go in another living room or even to the kitchen in a 2 bedroom apartment across walls. Kudos to Samsung for bringing this technology.
#TheLifesWayReviews - #UFlex #Bluetooth Headphones @SamsungMobileSA #ProductReview
The best part is Dolby Atmos can be enabled which has 4 options to choose from  - Auto, Movie, Music, and Voice which makes the overall listening experience a pleasure for your ears and heart. With an overall weight of just 51 grams, there is no way you will be tired of carrying them. They just come in a single color of Black with dark silver ends which makes them really beautiful.
#TheLifesWayReviews - #UFlex #Bluetooth Headphones @SamsungMobileSA #ProductReview
Let's come to the functions buttons on either side of the headphones. The left ear side barrel only contains the Samsung logo and a function button which can be customized as per your wish. In my headphones, I have kept it to tell me the time of the day but you can adjust Active Key to Bixby, Timer, Samsung Health, Voice Recorder or any of your favorite app. If you download the Samsung Level app on your smartphone then you can also check Volume Monitor to check your listening fatigue level. I am not a fan of listening in loud volumes so for me it's always low.
#TheLifesWayReviews - #UFlex #Bluetooth Headphones @SamsungMobileSA #ProductReview
The right side has most of the controls from the micro-USB charging port to switching the device ON-OFF and Pairing on the inside flat surface. There is a Play/Pause button on the exact place where the function button is on the left barrel. The right barrel also has volume up and down buttons which can be short pressed to do volume up-down feature and a long press will take you to the previous and next song respectively. The rechargeable Li-ion battery lasts for around 8 hours of play and talk time and can be charged fully in around 2 hours.

Aashish Rai with his Samsung UFlex Headphones - Selfie taken using Samsung Note 8
Overall these Samsung UFlex headphones will last you long enough if you take care of them properly and can adjust to your audio pleasures as per your requirements. They are not so high on bass but that can be increased using the Sound Alive in the smartphone app. The whole package is priced around R1500 and is available on second-hand stores like Gumtree etc for one-third of the price. The call audio quality is also good and you can use them to attend to receive calls easily. These days we use a lot of Whatsapp calls and it's really easy with these headphones. I think these are more of earphones rather than headphones as told on the package. The noise isolation on these is amazing and you can definitely concentrate on your tasks and activities. I am loving them and surely hope that you will too!
