Good Morning World @RhinoandLionSA #SouthAfrica #Wildlife #TheLifesWayCaptures

Hi Friends,

All the photos are taken by Aashish Rai using Nikon D7000 at Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve in Johannesburg, South Africa. Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve is a private park where you can buy the tickets and enter with your own car and roam around in the restricted jungle area where wildlife is roaming free whereas you will be inside the car. There are different enclosures for different kinds of carnivorous animals so that they don't kill the other animals and are fed by the authorities every alternate day in the case of Lions, Cheetah, Leopards, and Wild Dogs. It's so easy to find the animals during lunchtime and if you are on the day of wildlife serving day you are definitely going for a feast for your eyes. If your windows are open then it's dangerous as wild animals are really wild but these photos are from the animal creche where small cubs are kept and earlier you could take photos with them but now it's no longer the case.

I was really working on getting some of the online training and taking my technology quotient in level with the latest in the world of the software industry. It was really a great experience of learning new skills or at least adapt to the key terminologies used in the new world.
Walking in the jungle is like learning with each step on the way

I am trying to find my own creative space after all this is over and we go back to the work environment. I want to see the change in myself in all the ways possible with an open mind to learn, experiment, and adapt to the latest technologies and an eagerness to work on them too.
With each step in the jungle, I will gain confidence
With each step in the jungle, I will gain confidence
Indeed with each step taken in the corporate jungle, my confidence will be challenged and as I cross those boundaries, I will learn and earn more respect and money. Let's start the journey!

Rhino & It's Horns @RhinoandLionSA #PhotoYatra #TheLifesWayCaptures

Hi Friends,

Rhino is of the Big 5 animals South Africa is famous for and what a beautiful animal this is but is mostly sought-after by the poachers because of its horns.
Some people believe that Rhino horns can give them some kind of power to fight some of the deadly diseases which is totally superstition as these can also be cured using allopathic medicines.
In some of the big national parks like Kruger National Park, they don't even map the spots at camps for fellow travelers where rhinos are roaming as poachers are trying every day in the night to kill either an elephant or rhino.
Rhino loves to stay and roam with its family and is purely vegetarian but has power equivalent to many big animals like elephants.
What happened with us at the Lion and Rhino Nature reserve when we first traveled that a rhino came charging as we kept our engines ON of the car and it was disturbing him a lot.
With the kind of horn this rhino has, he could easily turn the car upside down and even kill some people as the sharp horn can easily penetrate anyone.
He came almost at the corner of the road while we backed our vehicle in reverse and took it as far as we can from the spot.
Rhino is one of the most aggressive animals and that is the criteria of Big 5 in South Africa. The hippopotamus is also big but his anger gets cooled down immediately and doesn't like to chase people whereas Rhino will chase you till he can.
In the end, what everyone needs is to spend time with the family taking care of them and protecting them. But we as a human need to protect animals like Rhinos from ourselves only and all those superstitions that horns can take our sickness away and not medicines. All these photos are taken using a Sony Cybershot point and shoot camera at Lion and Rhino Nature Reserve, Johannesburg, South Africa. This private nature reserve is around 35 km from the center of the city and belongs in the area known as Cradle of Humankind which will be covered in the posts later.

National Animal of #SouthAfrica Springbok @RhinoandLionSA #PhotoYatra #TheLifesWayCaptures

Hi Friends,

Springbok is the National Animal of South Africa and also the name of the Rugby team of South Africa also known as The Boks or Die Bokke in Afrikaans.
Springbok at Lion & Rhino Nature Reserve, Johannesburg, South Africa
Springbok is the cutest animal and every time I see them I want to bring one home as a pet. The way they walk, their small tails, their cute face, lovely eyes and the body colors all attract me to this animal.
Springbok at Lion & Rhino Nature Reserve, Johannesburg, South Africa
The best part is their agility, speed and they can also jump high in the air from the still-standing pose. I have never been able to capture them in the air so far but I am trying my best to be at the moment when some Lion or Leopard is chasing them.

Here the animal is in its natural setting, eating dry and wet grass and the backdrop is matching with the color of its skin and that was the reason I chose to present these photos to you.

The way nature plays with the colors of the animals is amazing and beautifully crafted with light brown, dark brown and white colors. No wonder they are worthy of the title to be the National Animal of a country.

Their horns are showcased in many hotels and restaurants here as decoration and even nightshades or lamps are made from them. You will find Springbok in all Nature Reserves throughout the country and here I have captured them at Lion & Rhino Nature Reserve, Johannesburg, South Africa using the Nikon D7000 Camera

Yawn Can Be Dangerous! @RhinoandLionSA #PhotoYatra #TheLifesWayCaptures

Hi Friends,

Yawn is an involuntarily opening one's mouth and inhale deeply due to boredom or tiredness as per the dictionary and here is this Lioness whose unbrushed teeth you can see in all its might.
Lioness at Lion & Rhino Nature Reserve, Johannesburg, South Africa
The power of these jaws can easily crack the bones of any bull or ox and even horses, humans are just tender meat.

Nature has given her teeth which will make a hook kind of grip in a single go. There is no saving yourself if it attempts and is able to open her mouth and put some teeth into any animal's legs etc.

If the lioness is feeling boredom, what about the humans locked inside their houses these days.

So as Steve Jobs once said that Keep Looking Don't settle, we too need to keep ourselves focussed on the strengths we have and improve them further by giving it a focussed thought of improving.

It is indeed easier said than done but I am also trying hard to accommodate with a clear mind and getting back to the class nursery when the timetable was introduced to us in schools.

Once I have completed this admin work, I am able to focus and is ready for any goal, any habit, any project which I need to complete within the next few days. I am ready to attack with complete focus and fire in the belly.

Brothers in Arms #PhotoYatra #TheLifesWayCaptures

Hi Friends,

Being an elder brother I wonder sometimes how fun it was when we were young and put me go into a flashback. I am sitting alone in my own area and start to think about all the fun, sad, angry, hopeless, hopeful and joyous moments.

The times when I used to bully him into getting do it my way or the highway. He would eventually succumb to my requests or orders. But sometimes he will revolt against me and complain about it to our parents and then I used to get a thrashing from them.

The times when we were angry and wanted to fight and he took me to the corner to save me from getting hurt. I have done the same for him to save him from all those elder kids in the colony who used to tease him.

The times when he put his hands on my shoulder when I was feeling down and hopeless. His spirit of love and care towards me gave me enough hope to do the comeback through all struggles of my life. We have laughed together, prayed together and consoled each other.

At the end of the day, I could sleep safely and without any fear as my brother is near me and he will protect me from all the dangers of this world. The protection will happen even though we are talking to each other or not as for the external world, we are always together.
