#Bollywood Hunks in Relationship Drama and Changing Society @SterKinekor #SouthAfrica

Hi Guys,

Three stories, three memorable movies, all searching for the meaning of love and life. The search for an engagement ring, lovers torn apart by a toilet and mistaken identity will release on the big screen at select Ster-Kinekor cinemas this month, promising laughter and tears that will take Bollywood audiences on an emotional rollercoaster.

First to launch on 4 August is Jab Harry Met Sejal that tells the story of a Punjabi tour guide working in Europe and young lady who loses her engagement ring. This is followed by Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, which launches on11 August, which is a story about the sanitation issues in India while A Gentleman: Sundar, Susheel,Risky, which launches on 25 August, tells the story of a girlfriend who wishes the man wanting to woo her, wasn’t so perfect.
This romantic comedy revolves around Harry (played by Bollywood superstar, Shah Rukh Khan) and Sejal Zaveri (played by Bollywood sweetheart, Anushka Sharma), who journey across Europe together in search of Sejal's engagement ring. On the journey, Harry begins to understand love and his relationships better. Sejal experiences new found freedom, security and solace in Harry's company and in between all of this, there is love, life, lies, thrill, fantasy and the search for a voice within. This is the third-time Khan and Sharma have teamed up for the big screen.

The film tells the story of Keshav, a young man who has one dream, to be married. When he does, his marital bliss is short-lived when his wife leaves him because there is no toilet. This is a satirical comedy film in support of Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s government campaign to improve the sanitation conditions in India, with emphasis on the eradication of open defecation in public areas, especially in the rural areas of India. The film stars Bollywood veteran Akshay Kumar, who plays Keshav and Bhumi Pednekar, who plays Jaya, in the lead roles. Anupam Kher and Sana Khan play supporting roles.

The film is directed by Shree Narayan Singh and co-produced by Akshay Kumar and Neeraj Pandey. It is written by Siddharth Singh and Garima Wahal. Toilet: Ek Prem Katha screens at Ster-Kinekor Gateway in Durban; The Zone in Rosebank and Forest Hill in Centurion.

This action comedy sees Bollywood heart throb Sidharth Malhotra playing a dual role, that of Gaurav and Rishi. Gaurav is content with his simple and ‘safe’ everyday life, and dreams about settling down with the girl of his dreams, Kavya (Jacqueline Fernandez) and having his ‘happily ever after’.

Kavya, on the other hand, prefers a man who is takes risks and is more adventurous — perhaps someone more like Rishi! When a case of mistaken identity rocks Gaurav’s life, he stands to lose everything he has worked so hard for. What follows is a roller-coaster ride, complete with action, romance and laughter, taking the viewers on an unpredictable and hilarious, thrill ride.

The film is written and directed by Raj and D. A Gentleman: Sundar, Susheel, Risky screens at Ster-Kinekor cinemas in Gateway in Durban, The Zone in Rosebank; Forest Hill in Pretoria; Carnival City on the East Rand and Cavendish in Cape Town.
